Wonderful.I am 55 yrs old and loved your exercises because they are simple and can be done from home.I think all mothers do not wear the right footwear.I started wearing sport shoes as advised by my podaitrist.The footwear we generally buy is flimsy.

I agree i lifted weights for years ,im 62 now ,but im doing all this simple stuff because the weights bore me ...
But sadly my knees are shot ,and i have to nurse them along...

V.good explanation. I am 75. But got knee pain,due to sugar other too. But all normal with medicine. Not heart,breathing problems by gods grace. Other exercises for me to know. Breathing. Flexible. Weight reducing I want.
