  • Exercise for senior citizens - part 3
    3 exercises for upper body -
    - help with mobility of shoulder joint
    - relieves stiffness in neck and back
    Weekly exercise routine for senior citizens-
    - Do 3 exercises from part 1 on day 1,
    - 4 from part 2 on day 3,
    - and 3 from part 3 on day 5.
    - After 8 weeks progress to doing all 10 exercises on day 1, day 3 and day 5.

    Thank you Rajuta for caring so much for senior citizens. They are told dont do this exercise don't do that exercise walking is best. But you hv told them how to strengthen

    Thank you so much ma'am for such an simplified version of set of exercises for (senior) citizens. The reason I put senior in brackets is I think you should rename it to may be "warm up for citizens and exerciseS for senior citizens" This is a very great warm up. I am making my mom watch wish me luck I have been trying to make my mom do exercise from past 7 years.

      @@rashmeesodah51 hey I am trying hard. I just make sure she does at least one stretch one movement ( 4 reps 6 reps ) each day. Sometimes we miss the track sometimes we do better.

    I am 70 years old lady. I fam following your senior citizens exercises. I am diabetic with Hba1c - 7 and take low dose of medicine. Please advise some exercise for diabetes at this age. I am otherwise healthy.

    Thank you so so much, have not seen such wonderful health videos in such a simplified manner. You are so appealing Rijuta that I hv got addicted to your videos. Particularly when you explain why one shoud do a particular exercise, it just goes straight to mind and heart both. I ve been sending them to my mother, also i explain her wherever she needs help. THis series was so thoughtful of you.. more energy and more power to you..God bless. I wish i cud meet you in person for my small issues trivial though. i told my daughter to include surya namaskar as non- negotiable part of life. now shwe does not skip it. i also love doing yoga..Thanks for all the inspiration and your so useful tips on diet as well

      What a a wonderfull way to overcome problems of movement of parts of body that one has decreased due to leazy and careless life style in early stages of life.a valuable point is gaining improvement in following your precious practical instruction.person suffering from muscular distrophy disease of hereditary disorder may get positive advantage .Thanx please repeate these at regular time .
