Greeting from Toronto Canada. I recently discovered your videos and appreciate that they are coming from India. I am 87 and started yoga in 1972. It was Sivananda which is more traditional than much of the yoga that is now so popular. Now chair yoga is perfect for me and I do it every morning.

When I was 74 I trained for a Disney marathon, never having run before,----I was introduced to yoga, practiced every day , AND completed the 26, miles ---and finished 1st in my age group(75 and up). My diaphragm and lungs were punctured so the breathing is good for me. I don't always know the proper technique tho. Again, Thank you for the videos. It is not just for elderly, but for people needing a lighter beginning...like me.
