    This is my 1st physical exercise using UA-cam guide. It is excellent. I like the rest time insert in this exercise. Suitable for my age in my 60’s.

    I am 35 and not particularly out of shape; but not much muscle, and I love your clean cut feel good all over workouts! I am even sweating some from these but they were totally manageable!

      Can i add small dumbbells ? I am 66 and had breast cancer a year ago, it is hard to find exercis for arms with small weights or adding weights to your rutine

    I had knee fracture last year still have little pain I don’t do any exercise and going out of shape love your video I am 66 age please let me know can I do these exercises without any risk thanks

    67 years young. Walking with walker plus body Blade, body weight squats, lunges, yoga stretching without dislocating hips, lol. After 3plus yrs,
    Have great cardio, clear mind, killer tude. 46 yrs on power line. Its all about the work. Body has taken a beating but since retirement have focused on my health and fitness.

    Step Touch is too fast! Great quick workout- I am 77 years old and a Stage 4 cancer survivor building up my strength. It's a good workout.

    I'm 68 yrs. Old. Both knees operated Having high BP n blood sugar uric acid n cholesterol. Iwas doing some exercise by my own Recently suffering with vertigo. Please suggest me some exercises. As I am now suffering from Vertigo. Main dizzy Ness problem

    Program good....a senior I am....do not care for the music....perhaps you could have some music more in tune with the older folks? Would be fun to exercise to the "oldies". Thanks for what you do
