    bass food quantity kam kar dain plus also eat only maximum two meals in a day. Stop junk food at all cost. Eat more chicken, whole eggs, take unsweetend yogurt, sleep well, drink more water, use less sugar and milk in ur tea, do belly exercises, dont take any stress, relax and enjoy life

    Strength training Excercise, height intensity Excercise, weight Excercise, back Excercise, walk slow and increase brisk walk repeat - 40 m
    🟢 No extra calories, munching , hoteling, keep appetite.
    🟢 Fasting or low carbs
    Change dieting patterns, avoid watching TV while eating.
    🟢Sleeping cycle disturbance, cortisol excess is causing issues. Improve sleep time deep.

    I found intermittent fasting the most effective. Did 17-hours of intermittent fasting for 30 days and lost 7 KG without doing any exercise or special diet.

      @@mariyamsohail8784 You can start with 8-10 hrs fasting and gradually increase number of hrs every week. Keep it simple, don't add any fancy diet plans to complicate it.
      Here is a simple plan for anyone to follow:
      Breakfast 8am: only 1-2 egg omelette.
      Dinner 8pm: 1 chapati with Chicken Curry or salan of your choice.
      During fasting you can only take water and black coffee or green tea without sugar.
      Avoid sugar in any form through out your intermittent fasting journey.
      Your body will start loosing weight as fast as in 3 days.
      Measure your weight once a week (not daily) to check progress.
      Good luck.

      @@easyearning7245 in my Experience Intermittent Fasting did give great results.
      *Eat less* (be in diet)along with Intermittent fasting for 6 days a week and eat normal 7th day.
      Yani Hafte me ekk bar mast khana kao😋😁
      By *Eat less* I mean
      -Completely Avoid Sugar(EVEN IN TEA switch to green tea)
      -Avoid Biscuits, candy,chips(Lays) etc.
      -Eat half Meal
      (I mean If you were eating 2-3 rotis with Salam. Eat half Roti with salan!)
      Yes And If you Feeel Hungry in between you can You can eat fruits as a snack.( But avoid banana)eat Yogurt as a snack(*Yes* Yogurt Eat At least half kg yogurt along with a Small Fruit. *It won't make you fat XD)
      -At night Eat Salad only as your meal
      (In salad You can add boiled eggs, Chickpeas, kidney beans boiled chicken etc)
      -And most importantly 3 liters pani Pore din me peyo.
      *Again Telling* Eat normal On The *7th day*

      It's about low carbs diet.
      1. Set diet protocol
      2. Stop taking juices or soft drinks
      3. Do walk and excerise
      4. Set sleep cycle and tak 8-9 hours deep sleep

    Being a guy with abs ,I will say she is right about the diet stuff but exercises of abdomen will not reduce fat from belly, spot reduction isn’t possible
