      i managed to do 15 minutes as my first day,yesterday was second and i did all today is third and my muscles hurt so much it is even harder that it was yesterday but i will manage to do all for today too💪💪💪💪💖

      i'm chronically ill and wanting to start exercising because my body and heart are very weak. currently 9 minutes in and taking a break before continuing. not sure if i'll make it through the whole workout but this is the longest i've exercised for in a while!!

    The first time I tried this video I made it through 8.5 minutes and got so discouraged, but I kept trying and every day since I've seen improvement in my strength, flexibility and overall health. TODAY after 2 weeks of doing this video 7 days a week, I did the ENTIRE video without having to pause it to take a longer break!! Anyone reading the comments thinking they can't do it, you ABSOLUTELY CAN! Just takes motivation and consistency!!💜💜💜 Anna, thank you so much for your great videos, you're an inspiration to me and I'm so glad to be starting my fitness journey with your channel!

      Thank you for the encouragement. I did a workout for the first time since Covid started (I gained 10 kg during Covid and stopped moving a lot) and I only made it to 20 minutes before my body gave up, my legs got so wiggly it was impossible to keep going. I feel like a failure for not finishing but you gave me the courage to try again tomorrow :)!

      @@tjr2737You might have, but there are a lot of people struggling with issues you likely don’t. This lovely, motivated person stayed consistent for a full four weeks until they finally, successfully completed the entire routine, and all you have to say to them is a nasty comment about how you completed it in a single day instead of four weeks.
      They have accomplished SO much more in that longer four week period than you did in your single-day 25 minute exercise. Consistency and perseverance takes a lot more than a few minutes to achieve, and it’s something that builds your character. A 15 second comment that’s only made to bring people down isn’t.
      Seriously, do better.

      I'm no professional, so please don't take my advice too seriously. im just speaking from my experience.
      Although workouts boost your muscle growth and fat loss, another important part is also your diet. And no, im not telling you to go on an intense diet. All im saying is to consume less sugary and processed foods, and rather eating fuller meals that will keep you full for longer, so you don't have to snack every few hours. Don't starve yourself, it'll make things worse as you can't grow muscle without food.
      Another thing I recommend is doing the workout maybe 2x a week, and including smaller workouts for the other days of the week. *LEAVE YOURSELF REST DAYS*.
      these are the tips that helped me, but remember that we all are different and it may not work for you.

    So this is already a week of training. I do them every morning and mostly I don’t take the same one, but different ones.     Day 1: 20%, couldn't breathe, shaking, dizzy, almost passed out
    Day 2: 32%, sweating, muscle pain
    Day 3: didn't do anything, bc of muscle pain. Couldn't take stairs, especially down, legs hurt
    Day 4: 46% sweaty but much better
    Day 5: 65% at this moment I was sure I can do it some day
    Day 6: 94% almost there
    Day 7: 100% Yay! But still slightly cheating in some exercises, will keep going

      ​@@anumelyk you can do it. If not tomorrow than a month later but you surely can. Remember to take longer breaks of needed and stay hydrated. Add some salt and sugar to your water if you feel dizzy.

    Update: I'm now on week 3 of doing this video consistently 5 days a week and I have lost 8 lbs so far. I now make it to the 18th minute mark so far. For everyone who is here keep going. In May you'll be proud 💙

    Just tried this for the first time right now and I really almost gave up. But all the encouraging comments under the video really helped boost me and im really proud that i did it all! I've always struggled with my consistency, which is something I want to change! Along with discipline. This is just as much an emotional journey as it is a physical one! But you even just asking me how it's going really motivated me to start up again!

      @@jnhforlife5326 I started a few days ago too, and in the past I haven't been too good with my consistency either. What helped me this time is i didn't start doing it everyday from one day to the next. I'm doing it every other day to help me get adjusted to it. After a certain time i will start doing it everyday. This might help you too. :) Also helps with being sore bc u get a rest day between the workout days.
      Anyways, I'm in this with you and i wish you all the strength in the world!!

    I'm 37. Stay at home parent with multiple debilitating injuries (car accident, sports injuries, etc) and now teetering just under 300lbs. So I need to set a realistic expectation on myself. My goal is to take as many breaks as I need to get through the workout on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and by the end of the year I want to be able to do the full video without extra breaks. So by Christmas we'll see where I'm at. Bookmarked and alarm set in my phone for reminders. I welcome any cheering and positive energy to accomplish it.

    I’m so thankful for the comments because it makes me feel less alone and not as discouraged. First day and I made it half way through. I have some health problems that make my joints hurt so easily and I’m looking for a workout that I can do that will be easy on my joints. Happy for another recommendations as well.       First i gradually began trying to finish it.
      I had a break on the fourth day then got halfway through after that.
      I then coupled it with yoga and meditation and started from the beginning and tried to do an extra min or so every day ( now I’m 13 mins in)
      I tried to not force myself to complete it so I don’t get burnt out lol

One tip I’d give u is DEFINITELY not to go too hard on urself, I started exercising as a New Year’s resolution and got burnt out bc of all the pressure I was putting on myself! 7 minutes is actually very good! Honestly I feel much more relaxed and happy nowadays! I have no idea whether my stamina has improved but I feel stronger and more flexible! Good luck on ur journey! I wish u the best ❤️❤️

    I am 60 (61 next month,) and I have multiple sclerosis. I was once in an electric wheelchair, couldn't walk more than three feet and didn't have the arm strength to wheel a regular wheelchair or even hold up an umbrella. Then a few years ago I tore my right rotator cuff and bicep and had to have surgery and rehabilitate that arm. I still have all of the same brain lesions, but for a reason that doctors can't explain, I'm able to walk now. (Well, I walk around the house, use a walker for going into church or a store, and then a wheelchair for longer distances,) but still... And now here I am doing (trying!) this video. Last time it was 8:30, today I did about 13 minutes (with some longer pauses! LOL) But I'm so excited that I'm actually doing this and getting stronger. Love this, and thank you so much for providing this video for us. ❤

    Did this and thought I was dying lol!! Not easy at all. If you’re a beginner and a bit chubby/fat, don’t force yourself to get through the whole video/do a different movement for those seconds! I got through it but was sore for a whole week like… REALLY sore lol!
    But I hope to get through it every other week (baby steps) while going to the gym. My thighs obviously need the work.

    I’m a real beginner. Lately I’ve been feeling really stressed and depressed and felt like I couldn’t find a solution. Then I realized that working out is so good for our mental health (I’m a neurosciences nerd hehe)! So I want to move my body more to improve my mental health and let stress go. I’m not working out to lose weight or to be more strong, I want to strength my immune system and my brain!

    i was looking for the very first training video and found this for the beginners. The only thing I missed was "HIIT" and now I learned the meaning the hard way 🤣 It is a wonderful training session thank you~ Beginners please note that HIIT means high intensity interval training (I almost died haha)

    I had a stroke at 23 last year and recently just started following this workout routine. I definitely find this challenging and struggle throughout the whole video, but by the end of it I'm drenched in sweat, out of breath, and my muscles feel all noodly. While I'm exhausted afterwards, I feel greater than I did before the workout. Once I can get through this with more ease and master all of the excercises, I will move on to something more challenging. This is a fantastic workout video and gets my heart pumping!

    Day 1 of doing this exercise. Wanted to stop so badly and I really collapsed saying I can’t do this and the I read the little “you can do it” at 13:42 . Really kept me going for a few more minutes 😭. Only made it till the 15th min, but hopefully I’ll do this daily, stay consistent and do better than the day before .

    Oh my God I’m just 21 and couldn’t do split squats damnn. I though I’d do everything easily but almost gets harder after 6 mins but I’m not giving up
    Edit:
    I made it to 13 minutes….push-ups are so hard but I ain’t giving up until I complete push-ups properly.
    Guys I did ittttttt. After being in bed for almost one year no activity I did this today. Took me hours. No I did t do it in 28 mins. Took really really long breaks but I did it. All!!
    I’ve been depressed and at home in bed doing nothing except staying in room. Poor diet, no activity. But today I’ve promised myself to get up again and bring my life back on track. I completed this workout and although it’s just workout but it motivated me so much. I’ll do it everyday!
    Never give up!

    It's DAY 1 for me and I managed to do 21 minutes and I'm feeling so so happy. 🥰 I started off strong but took more than a minute-long break every 7-8 minutes. I'm so proud of doing this and all the comments are so encouraging.
    PS - I have never done HIIT workouts before but I used to walk over 8k steps every day until 2 weeks ago, so it was not the very first time doing cardio. So if it's your 1st day doing cardio (or after VERY long), do how much ever you can and keep track of YOUR progress alone. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! 💫

      DAY 2 - My body was sore today but I really wanted to do this. So I stretched and got straight to this workout and man, I feel so energised and proud. 🎉 I FINISHED THE WHOLE WORKOUT today!! I did take breaks after every 8-10 minutes, and after the 22 minute-mark, I almost gave up. But I rested for 5 minutes and came back to complete it.
      I intend to do this everyday for the next few weeks and move on to a more difficult one. Less go - see you'll tomorrow 🥳

    I did this for the first time today and I skipped some parts like the burpees because I’m out of shape. This is the heaviest I’ve been, went to the doctors and found out I have high cholesterol.     The comments on this video are so wholesome and motivating. First time I did this a couple days ago I didn't even reach the 5 minute mark before needing a break. Today I did it for the 2nd time and made it to 7 minutes! Excited to see my progress and growth as I incorporate this video into my regular routine.

    guys remind me to do this everyday for thirty days posting progress too (skipping weekends break days)
    DAY 1: did all 28 minutes but took maybe 50 very tired stretched and it helped a lot

    Girl you are incredible! Tomorrow will be 1 month of me changing my entire life around. Changed my diet and routine, I usually workout at the gym 5 days a week for a few hours but today I decided to skip out. I did an entire Pilates workout before this one and THIS ONE KICKED ME. I know I'll get to where you're at but building strength with nothing but your own body and will power, no equipment is so much more intense.
    I paused almost 9 minutes in for a break but I know in time I can complete this with no break! I've lost 14 pounds so far on my weight loss journey and am happy to have your videos to turn to. Thank you for helping us all out!!

    I started doing this video everyday 9 days ago. I got to exactly 7:38 the first day. Today I got to 15:01 with only one 30 second break in between. I have had two babies in the past two years and my core is hating me right now. But I am already seeing massive results in my muscle definition and my stamina chasing after my toddler. I’m hoping to be able to finish the whole video 1 week from now. Thank you for making it easier for a sahm like myself to be able to get in shape. It has been such a delight to be able to push my self without having to leave the house to do it!

    I am a 25(M) that has struggled with motivation to do exercise because I either not have a gym membership or I am too busy or whatever, but this is a no excuse workout, it's fast, it's achievable, I've been doing it for months now everyday and I am forever grateful of finding joy in working out because of this video.

    I finished All 28 min, I did thought about stopping at 10min, but the way you feel proud of yourself after the workout is worth it, good exercise for beginners but most def burns🔥

    I have just done this for the first time and I am a non-athletic teen and my motivation was that I was tired of being the weak friend. And I don’t like to workout because everything is always to hard and I run out if stamina or simply can’t do it but with this video I actually could do it and I can just do it in my room which makes it so I don’t get insecure. This has been so helpful and thank you so much. ❤️

    day 1 : ☑️ 11 mins with a bad diet , (a bit sore )
    day 2 : ☑️ 21 mins with a good diet and a 3 hours walk ( soo sore i couldn't move)
    day 3 : ☑️ 25mins with a moderate diet ( almost skipped today , took MANY breaks, really sore but better than yesterday)
    🥺🎀 proud of myself
    day 5 : ☑️ 21mins with a moderate diet , FINALLY not sore
    day 6 : ☑️ 28mins 😭omg I'm soo proud rn , with a bad diet and not sore ( no breaks but a lil cheating)

    Day 1 again after 2 years of letting myself go. I’m a bit disappointed at myself because I can’t complete the workouts on phase 2 but proud that I was able to do half of each workout. Thank you so much Anna for that wonderful workout. Will continue to do it until I can last through the whole routine. ❤️

    OMG. This was my first shot at HIT and wow. Everything burns and I'm trembling head to toe, I have so far to go in this fitness journey but damn those endorphins kick in like they never did with the Pilates I've been doing! Thank you for putting this out there. Just looking to keep myself active now I'm the other side of 40 with 3 teenagers to keep up with!

    As an 11 year old already in shape that plays softball 🥎 and going to play volleyball 🏐. Thai was a good workout I enjoyed it and I’m going to recommend this video to all my friends. And the hardest was the an hold but when it was over I was still doing it. Till the next workout this workout video has pushed me into it and I love that. Thank you for making this video and pushing me when you didn’t mean to. Thank you so much I will be doing this workout and watching this workout video, all summer long thank you so much! ❤❤

    I started this workout last week, like most people here, my first day was 8 mins. Next morning I told myself get up and show up, I made it to 12mins that day, the 3rd day, I made it 17 mins, 4th day 20mins, my last day 23mins, took a break....today I did the whole workout! It was hard but I pushed through every day, I will continue this workout daily , I'm starting to feel more fit, my energy is up and my emotional and mental health has improved since starting this routine. I'm glad I stuck with it, my goal is to do a before and after, that will keep me motivated! Stick with it, little by little you can do it!

    i never usually comment but i’m dead after being 10 minutes into the workout. this only pushes me through because i finally found something that’s doable yet challenging. i really want to stay consistent with this one but also thank youu

    I just finished the first day of doing this workout. It’s pretty hard but I already feel better and healthier but some areas are still sore from it , I finished the workout until 11:48 , it’s impressive for me to do until this duration for the first day! Let’s go girls ! We become healthier and stronger let’s all support each other and make sure we all give eachotjer motivation!❤

    This is a hard workout, I did like 10min at first. But I'm really happy. I wanted to start exercising so I can manage better my mental health. For anyone out there that is also struggling, you are trying and its a thing to be proud of. Your efforts will change the future! Keep giving your best.
