    I’ve done this one loads of times, but this time I had to pause for a while after bursting out in laughter hearing the famous ‘Tight little Booool!’. I love feeling good while working out, Alex is the best trainer

    Mate, your channel is criminally under-viewed. Your resistance band videos got me started last year on one hell of a journey. I've been more focused on running right now but just got into dumbbell stuff recently. I saw you put out a video a few days ago and I'll be doing it tomorrow.

    I think my hands are too short, because i can't lift me up from the floor for the floor-L-sit exercise.😅

    Despite reducing my fat intake and regular exercise, my belly is still annoyingly soft
    What should I do?
