    Hey Alex! Thank you for sharing this workout. I really had a challenging time with this one. I appreciate the constant reminders to focus on technique and posture. I find myself forgetting that while I’m working out so it was nice to hear you repeat it throughout. I will definitely keep this in my workout routine.

    You should do a shoulders, bicep and tricep next to complete this. Maybe another lower body as well

    This was a challenge especially the push ups! Can’t reach fully down with dumbbells . So try being on knees but a bit hard

    Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets
    Dumbbell Flyes - 3 sets
    Lateral Raises - 3 sets
    Tricep Extensions - 3 sets
