Hi Dr, thank you for valuable info. Just one question... Is the issue with alcohol, only drying of the skin. If I don't feel any drying can I still use that sunscreen... I got a mineral sunscreen and apart that it gives me a grey cast, it has alcohol... But other that it has good stuff including niacinamide. It's called SVR sun secure SPF 50, I am in SA🇿🇦. New subee.
Most people don’t apply a quarter tsp to their face, so actually if they go for higher SPF, but under apply the recommended quantity, then hopefully they might at least have got about 30SPF, even though the tube has a 50spf label; hope that makes sense….it did in my head

You honestly don't need over 50spf 50 should be fine just reapply when you're supposed to
