    Hey followers 👋🏻 Tips: You could also make it using cream only for cream is still milk with high fat content. Some would use full fat yogurt only. Cream cheese only is another choice.
    FOR FLUFFIER scones, use folding method.. dust with flour and fold two, three times then gently press and dust, fold, gently press multiple times then cut without turning the cutter so you’d not seal edges of a scone. Allow it to expand while baking, sealing pulls it down so now you know how to get fluffier scones.

    Not complaining just wondered
    I followed yours to the T and they were a complete disaster where did I go wrong I'm sure it's the temp

    • @How2Housewife
      @How2Housewife  4 роки тому

      Hi Gloria,
      I’m sorry to hear that. You could try a lower temperature 180C for 15 -20 mins instead which is a lot lower and slower, It may also depend on the size and how far apart they are. Some ovens are also very different to others, I once had one that would never get to the temperature it needed and I had to cook everything longer. My best advice is to set the temp a little lower and check regularly. If you feel they are done early then trust your instincts and pull them out of the oven. Best of luck I really hope it works out for you.

    Generalmente todos ponen butter congelada o fria, y aqui es butter derretida que curioso, entonces no es muy importante que sea fria?

      Hay otra persona que preguntó la misma cosa. La mujer respondió que los dos maneras trabajan bién. Derretida es mas fácil, ella dijo. Ojalá que esta ayuda a usted.
