Yesterday I went to donate my blood for the very first time so I was really nervous about it. I passed all the test fine except the blood pressure part. It was shockingly high omg it was 208/98. Right before they took my BP, they did the finger needle blood test so I'm certain it did not help. They let me sit & calm down for 10 minutes and tested again. It was down to 188/82 so it helped but I was still over the limit. Now I'm worried and I think I really need to start checking it at home and most certainly I need to change things. Thanks.

Ditto! They took me aside, removed my shirt and had a doctor with a stethoscope start checking my back. My only thought was “at least I’m near a hospital”

I've seen doctor's on UA-cam recommending "Niacin-B3" for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, etc.
which I find that very interesting as well. 🤠

If 2300mg/day of sodium is the r.d.a. then consumption of sodium not to exceed that is ok??

Great if you are not doing all these things. If you are, then what?

    Not really helpful...
We all know about low sodium intake, but at 171/100 you can't really think of doing cardio...

Try magnesium glycinate 400mg, Ubiquinol 200mg, potassium 200mg, Vit D with K2. Brisk walking outdoors or on the treadmill 30 mins daily. No sugar to reduce systemic inflammation

Sad! A substantially unimpressive discussion! He never discusses what a healthy diet consists of. I am not surprised! Horrible!
