Lower high blood pressure NATURALLY - 3 BEST METHODS
Вставка
- Опубліковано 1 лип 2024
- High blood pressure is the number one problem that can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Antihypertensive drugs are prescribed immediately, but there are natural methods to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of secondary diseases. One important approach is to change your diet. It is important to increase your intake of fruit, vegetables, wholegrain products and fish.
Another important step is to lose weight. Being overweight can increase blood pressure and even moderate weight loss can significantly improve blood pressure.
Salt reduction is also crucial. Too much sodium in the diet can cause the body to retain more fluid, which increases blood pressure. Reducing salt intake can help lower blood pressure.
Finally, regular physical activity is essential. Activities such as walking, swimming or cycling can lower blood pressure by strengthening the heart and improving blood circulation.

Thank you. It is wonderful to hear a balanced sensible presentation about lowering blood pressure.
Thank you this has been the most educational high blood pressure video I have seen thanks
Thankyou very much Dr Ulrich Selz. Interesting information.
Moringa seeds works!!. 115/ 72. I take 2 seeds everyday and i have not been sick gor years. I'm 78 years old still jogging, exercise every other day: push up, squats, walking when not jogging, no red meat, all vegetables, sardines in water, wild caught salmon, ect, ect.
I am not a European. He uses many term that are not normal in the USA. Just quit my BP meds due to the side effects, per my cardiologist.
I lowered my Blood Pressure from 165/90 down to 118/78 in 6 months eating a High Fat and Zero Carbs or Sugar Diet
🥩🐟🧈🥓🥚
How much fat are u eating and what source?
Very interesting especially on strength training and compound exercises. I'm in it. Lifestyle change I've done it 2yrs ago. I'm off meds now and thanks for the info.
Dehydration.. rises bp
If I have a very sweaty workout daily for an hour, how much salt does that deplete? I’ve been doing this and having a low salt diet and it’s clearly a problem. I have headaches and fatigue. It’s only been a couple weeks, so I’m glad I figured it out already. I had a glass of warm water with a half teaspoon of salt and felt remarkably better in minutes. I’d love to have an idea how much salt I need after having keeping my heart rate over 150 for an hour.
My sister Iis a stroke survivor now she is on high blood pressure medication she is having serious headache almost every day what can I do to help her she is also over weight
I am in under weight, fofmar I was normal weight, I reduced 27% weight but B.P has not reduced .
Dr's can't find a bp med they all have severe side effects. I'm researching to find a solution.
Thank you.
My pressure don’t get up to 120/80 at all it’s lower than that. I get light headed. I lost over 80lbs and i walk 15 miles a day. I think i shouldn’t take meds no more. Im on 2.5 amlodipine and 12.5 spironolactone but it makes my blood pressure really low when i take it then im lightheaded and feel. terrible! Do you agree i should come off meds? I don’t eat high potassium because of the spironolactone. Im tired of it!
Why have they kept lowering the “acceptable” blood pressure rates over the decades?
Money
Great question. To sell more meds?? 🤔
Is 120/80 the standard worldwide?
Brilliant! 😊👍🙏
100% it works
I have good bp but when I get anxious it goes up and then I get nervous to check my bp and when I see it up it makes me more anxious and I can’t get it back to normal for a while cause then I get scared everytime I take my bp thereafter. It’s such a vicious cycle. Idk how to combat this
You just described me. I go for a walk to calm me down and then take my bp several times and it will usually come down.
I have the exact same problem! It's awful 😪
Same here
Same thing happens to me @
I have same issue. In the morning 120/74. By evening after stress 180/100. Dr gave me clonidine med for those times. My cholesterol and triglycerides are perfect. Not a metabolic problem. Just stress.
Yes terbaik thanks
For active people youred need more salt because you'll lose through sweat.
Sodium is right up there with potassium as a percentage of your body weight at .15%. Limiting its intake to just a few specs a day doesn't make any sense.
Excellent video and this man knows what he speaks great information and he gets top marks from me many thanks
Brilliant ideas what is dash diet
perhaps that's the European way of saying "fast food"
ooops, just heard him say the dash diet is the Mediterranean diet...(??)
Can you comment on "Comparing Very Low-Carbohydrate vs DASH Diets for Overweight or Obese Adults With Hypertension and Prediabetes or Type 2 Diabetes: A Randomized Trial"
I know this study. There are larger studies needed, to really show, if keto is better. Please consider: Not everybody is willing to do keto on such a strict level and can hold this diet on long term. I see a lot of patients struggle with keto and carnivore on the long term...it is one-sided.
@@DrUlrichSelz_english I hope doctors are now giving people the option and don't automatically assume it's too hard for them. I didn't stumble upon keto until I had been a type 2 diabetic for a over decade. Keto gave me my life and vitality back, including normalizing my blood pressure and getting me off all my multiple medications. Keto is not hard to stick with if you're scared of going back to feeling as bad off as you used to feel. If you just do it to lose a few pounds, sure, you'll eventually be lured back by the siren song of ultra-processed edible substances that pass as food these days.
I would love to chat.. lm very worried what food is best
@@DrUlrichSelz_englishAdditionally, this diet wouldn’t work for those with high cholesterol. My spouse is type 2 diabetic (hereditary), has high blood pressure & high cholesterol. These combined medical issues aren’t addressed…usually you see information treating one illness but not all 3.
Fasting worked great
Hello!! What type of fasting did you do and for how long?
Interment fasting I'm sure. 16/8
???
Will bloodletting lower blood pressure?
Yes, it will!
Experiment
Only with leeches
I I agree😅
Is there a lip synch problem?
Yes, I believe there is. I can hear two voices in the video.
No, it is a voice over. I bring my best german videos translated into english. You can hear my german voice on 2% of the whole audio. Once the channels is growing, I will do live streams on this english channel. Best from overseas, Dr. Ulrich
I'm 82 Skinny and have HIGH BP EAT HEALTHY, VERY LITTLE SALT, DON'T SMOKE OR DRINK WALK DOG EVERY DAY. HMMMM 🤔🤔🤔
I am over 40 with bp of 161/107, skinny and I have done alot of OMAD and also do 2hrs walkput every day but bp still remain 141/97
What about your blood sugar?
You need more potassium!!!
@@pauledo5026 get a high quality fish oil. There's a UA-cam video where it's the thing that worked for this guy. The brand was spring valley you can get at walmart it's 1000mg. Most importantly it's high in dha 250mg I believe
@@pauledo5026 I also skiny and have bpbso hight i don't know how to do i try fasting ,but still not down
IS THIS AN INSULIN ISSUE??
one word- carnivore to fix it
mine is 186 over 117 and it has been like that for years so every one stop going on about high blood pressure
How old are you?, I'd like to know cos I worry a lot over mine 130s over 83
Happy, but BP attack may paralyze a side of body, impair vision, damage kidneys, bring in memory loss, nervousness, inability to speak and several other irreversible problems. So, paying attention is wise decision.
Oh lord thats crazy😮tryin to get mine down
You talk toooo much. Come to the point. Boringgg

Totally Agree With You On Caffeine ❤️💯
Oh??? Tea? Caffeine?
Is diet dash good?
Does high glucose increase blood-pressure?
I think it does, it make blood thicker and arteries slower
Therefore heart got to pump harder raising blood pressure
It absolutely does! I just watched a video where a doctor said that high blood suger in fact raises blood pressure. She said salt is not the biggest culprit but high blood sugar is.
My sister Iis a stroke survivor now she is on high blood pressure medication she is having serious headache almost every day what can I do to help her she is also over weight
Im so sorry i had a Tia stoke what kind did she have? Is she taking statins???
She needs to change her life style because it can help her bp and she might be able to get off bp meds. I pray that Jesus help her to get herself healthier. Im trying my best to get back healthy. Is she better? Was she affected? I was my left side but im now health through God!!if she need some support from some one who can relate to a stroke she can reach out to me if she need to talk or need help with the blood pressure. Or if she needs to ask questions about strokes and how i got through it. I need support as well.
How old is she?
