    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Yes! Did this after your 10 min dumbbell shoulders, biceps, and triceps for added burn. Loved it!

    First time doing one of your workouts. It was awesome. I've bought bands in the past with the greatest intention of really getting in quick workouts. Unfortunately they would collect dust because I had no idea of what to do with them. Thanks for renewing my desire to get back to the bands. 👍🏾❤️

    This is an amazing workout, because I really want to work on my arms( especially triceps) this might be a dumb question but is it ok to do this exercise 4-5 x week

      You certainly can though I prefer to mix up the types of upper body exercises I'm doing every week to challenge the muscles in new ways! If you're focusing on the arms, you might add more upper body workouts into your routine per week!

    I went to the link for the mini loop bands and not sure which ones to go with. There is a full Mini Loop kit and they have a mini loop and booty kit. Which one would you suggest?

      It really just depends on which type of band you'd prefer! The Full Mini Loop Kit is a great option. It has 5 types of bands ranging from extra light to extra heavy - you'll see me using those in a lot of my resistance band workouts! The Mini Loop and Booty Band Kit has those same five bands but also includes a slip resistant band - that type tends to offer higher resistance!

      Weight loss is dependent on a number of factors including nutrition so this is really going to depend!
