- Who said you needs dumbbells to get a great arm workout?! This at home arms workout might seem easy until you get going with that resistance band! If it seems like too much... ditch the band for a bit and pick it back up with you're ready.

Used this one today as an add-on to a 50 minute barre workout with a resistance band and slightly heavier weights. I didn’t really enjoy that workout just because there weren’t enough reps to truly enjoy the moves (sounds pretty scary 😀) and it made me feel a little down so I boosted my mood with this one ☺️.
