Recovering from an injury and can't hold weights, so I was looking for a resistance band workout for the upper body and found this. It was my first workout of yours, and it was a total burner! Loved it!

I love videos that get straight to the point and doesn't have all that loud rap and pop music! New sub! I really needed this, as I have knee, foot and hip injuries from a motorcycle accident.

Used this one today as an add-on to a 50 minute barre workout with a resistance band and slightly heavier weights. I didn’t really enjoy that workout just because there weren’t enough reps to truly enjoy the moves (sounds pretty scary 😀) and it made me feel a little down so I boosted my mood with this one ☺️. Thank you so much!
I just found this and feel that heat in my arms. I've had some upper back issues and struggle to find resistence exercise that won't stress anything. I think this one is going to be a great beginner point.
That was BRUTAL! Thank you! I have been needing to increase upper body strength and this was intense- my arms are officially jello, but I will be back in a few days until I dont feel like jello!
I appreciate your workout, but have one request: could you ever, ever, just once, say at the beginning how many repetitions you are going for? You go different speeds, and at some point, without ever having said how many repetitions you want, you say, "Six, five," etcetera. But where did you start? I find it very disconcerting, especially since I am never exactly "with you", as you don't count! Please, could you count? Actually, I'm going to go find someone who does count, so I know how many I'm going to be trying to do.

I was able to modify this and do it in a chair! For the bicept curl part, I use therabands under my feet to hold them down.
