67 and love your standing workouts. I try to keep up with you using 10 lb dumbbells. Love the challenge and your enthusiasm. Makes me keep coming back. Standing/ No repeats…….love it. Keep bringing it
I'm recovering from a couple injuries (wrist, knee- nothing serious) and as an avid runner I really needed a new standing workout I could do to strengthen myself and not go crazy. I found this one just browsing and it was absolutely perfect for my needs! You ladies inspired me to really keep at the weight training and over a month I've increased my weights, improved my strength significantly and reduced my knee pain by 80%. I can feel the power difference when I do run. You're really encouraging and I love that you give reminders on form and explain every move.

This os my 1st workout with you. I've seen your videos and felt totally intimidated and now I know why! It was not easy, but I feel accomplished. There were 2 moves where I got confused and repeated them, but all in all, great moves and a total full body workout. I'm thinking I'll try to follow you and do more of your workouts since I need to do more strength training, but my goodness, I'm dripping with sweat right now!

This one was great! I loved the new format for the no repeats! I liked that it was still in circuits so I could check it off on my head and how we put the two moves together to close out each circuit. And as 2 months post partum I loved the all standing so I didn't have to waste time trying to get up and down off my mat. And my baby watched me the whole time. 😊

I think I can say this is my favorite workout I’ve ever done. I’m 68 years old. My heaviest weights are 8 pounds. I don’t know if I’ll get to a point where I can go out and get some heavier ones, but it feels like a challenge to me. Thank you.
I started working out consistently earlier this year but haven’t for the last month because of schedules, travel, and being sick. I needed something quick and not too intense to get back into it and this was perfect!
Thank you for the cues about how to engage the core as it's tough for me to figure out how to engage my core for each move without holding my breath. I would love to see core cues in each video!
