    67 and love your standing workouts. I try to keep up with you using 10 lb dumbbells. Love the challenge and your enthusiasm. Makes me keep coming back. Standing/ No repeats…….love it. Keep bringing it

    I'm recovering from a couple injuries (wrist, knee- nothing serious) and as an avid runner I really needed a new standing workout I could do to strengthen myself and not go crazy. I found this one just browsing and it was absolutely perfect for my needs! You ladies inspired me to really keep at the weight training and over a month I've increased my weights, improved my strength significantly and reduced my knee pain by 80%. I can feel the power difference when I do run. You're really encouraging and I love that you give reminders on form and explain every move.

    I did not want to work out this morning! Read and journaled for 30 minutes...went to hop in the shower...and somehow ended up here. So glad I did! Thanks for a great workout and for always being the motivated we need!

    LOVED everything about this! The combo moves, the format, and how quickly it flew! I’m 31 weeks pregnant and woke up with a serious case of the Mondays. With 7 minutes left in the workout, I felt the endorphins pumping and am ready to face the week! My favorite moves were the squat, press, tricep combo and the last move. Looking forward to coming back to this after baby and not modifying the leg moves!

    I found yall about a month ago and have done the 2 week 30 minute summer program twice now and am moving to new workouts!     Absolutely loved this workout. I have been doing your seated workouts because I had injured my ankle so this was the first time in about three weeks that I have done any kind of standing workout and this was just great.

    This os my 1st workout with you. I've seen your videos and felt totally intimidated and now I know why! It was not easy, but I feel accomplished. There were 2 moves where I got confused and repeated them, but all in all, great moves and a total full body workout. I'm thinking I'll try to follow you and do more of your workouts since I need to do more strength training, but my goodness, I'm dripping with sweat right now!

    Loved this! 😊 this is great for traveling. I don’t like getting on the floor at hotel gyms, for workouts. This all standing workout 🏋️ is perfect for me when I’m away from home.

    This one was great! I loved the new format for the no repeats! I liked that it was still in circuits so I could check it off on my head and how we put the two moves together to close out each circuit. And as 2 months post partum I loved the all standing so I didn't have to waste time trying to get up and down off my mat. And my baby watched me the whole time. 😊

    I think I can say this is my favorite workout I’ve ever done. I’m 68 years old. My heaviest weights are 8 pounds. I don’t know if I’ll get to a point where I can go out and get some heavier ones, but it feels like a challenge to me. Thank you.

    I love the way I can make these workouts easier or harder based on my needs that day. Today I had a bit of a cold so I took it easy with lighter weights, but still did *something* thanks team!
