Your energy and variety of workouts have helped me lose over 40 lbs of baby weight after 3 babies and other workouts bored me and weren’t cutting it. Thank you for being a great resource for my reinvigoration to work hard! Now excuse me while I go burn out my upper body with this workout! 💪🏼

Holy moly! Day 2 on the heels of pushup-intensive Day 1 and my chest is like 🔥 feels good to wake up sore! I actually LOVE burpees, great way to end this workout!
I did this program whilst on holiday thinking it would be a “nice gentle way” to keep moving. OH MY GOSH I could not have been more wrong! Arms ached so much after this one!!! Nourish move love you never fail to surprise, you guys are the best.

How can my shoulders be so on fire and I didn’t even lift a weight?! Xx Some amazing body weight exercises in there that really make you focus on the muscles, and some intense cardio to get that heart pounding - loved it 😍

May I know if this entire 30-minute a day program is good for DR? 9 months post partum and this workout is the bomb! Found it hard to soap my body during shower the following day.
I couldn't do more than one set of the one arm tricep pushups because they made my shoulders and wrists pop... I did regular old tricep push ups for both second sets... any other suggestions as a replacement?
Well, I tried taking your advice to take the 4th off....I could not take it. By 3 pm I started week one again....just now finished up day 2 from week 1.....
I can barely move 🤣 but I am Loving it..thing is I workout M-F sometimes with you, sometimes others but I am committing myself to this challenge. I am curious as to why I am so sore (kinda!) tho!! 🤣🤣 I do both HIIT & Tabata so I am stumped as to why so sore!! Sooo loving this!!

Yes I would recommend slowing down and following modifications when needed!
