      Many people with circulation problems often have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The wedge provides zero support for the feet and can be painful if you rest very long with it.

    Thanks for the warning about the compression socks. While at work, I have had them compress to tightly above my ankles or below my knees. I was impressed by your leg compression boots. But since I have had blood clots in both legs, I will just have to stick with the new exercises in my recliner.

    I recently purchased the B&B leg massager and actually love it.. naturally, I was pretty surprised and a bit disappointed that Brad actually says it isn't good! and that it wasn't a good option!.. I've trusted their advice and product selection for years without question.. Seems a bit of a faux pas, and I suppose we should expect a branding name change to a different product.. of course after I've made a trusted purchase.. lol.. This caught me off guard and affected my excitement level in using my B&B leg massager.. Otherwise they are still the best!..

    I got a set of Therabody full leg compression boot for my husband. Bit expensive, but might be partly refundable if you have a health savings account. Less expensive than doctor bills! Husband won't use unless I encourage him to do so & help put them on, but does seem to help with leg swelling. There is overlap between the air compression compartments, so are no dead spots to pool blood. -- We also have some compression socks, but my husband also doesn't use them unless I put them on for him. He says are too hard to put on. There are some helper devices to put on, which I plan to purchase next. -- Best things seem to be helping are walking daily minimum 5,000 steps & avoiding sodium in foods. He is diagnosed with venous insufficiency & some other issues that lead to problems in lower leg swelling / circulation issues.

      Hey improvise... pillows! that's what I do!...
      Get firm- coppertone makes one which helps regulates body heat but, guess what, it's about $50... It's like a waterbed for your head. I get mine at the chiropractor. Sleep well

      I used pillows until I could get a wedge. I still use a pillow to prop one knee if my arthritis is bothering me. Even a couple towels rolled together will help!

    I have the leg Arm and shoulder pneumatic pump for lymphedema approved from therapy and professionals. I have been using it for over 2 months. It pulls the fluid off but it does go into my trunk and I got a few lung infections. Then I increased my immunity boosting herbals. Stopped the pumps till I felt better. And after many uses I can feel and find the "lumps of junk that hurt" left behind by the fluid. .but I'm also finding I'm having way more nerve pain around my ankles and Achilles and in my hands. Idk if it's bc I'm using the pump and I can feel the fluid coming back or bc the fluid is off the body and the damage from ankylosing spondylitis and mgus from myeloma is causing it. I'm clueless. I do exercises and drainage massage also. I have primary lymphedema and now after years of having it MLD didn't move enough fluid alone. Don't want to keep using the pump if causing nerve damage. How do I know the difference? I emailed my lymphedema therapist and never got a response. Bc I'm no longer in my sessions. I guess. Sry I'm not good at explaining

      Please use a good sauna if your in a city in America try eos gym there cheap and there saunas are very good if you do 20 minutes a day it’s the equivalent of a jog the heart will pump about 120 hr a minute and this will reduce chance of heart attack by 60 percent Alzheimer’s by 30 percent and all cause death by 40 percent do this 4 days a week drink lots of water before and after sauna none while in the sauna because it will cool your body

      Just putting legs up will help - gravity gradient, if you have legs above heart level. The air compression boots don't require moving your legs. Compression socks actually can help too, even if leg doesn't move.
