@CancerRehabPT Thank you SO much for this video, this has helped me very much doing it on a daily. Between chemo & my diabetes + reading about certain meds & what they have done to my nerves. I don't know how or why my docs don't help me in the long run they just keep throwing meds, I appreciate your help & your calming voice.
Well 8 months ago I commented how wonderful these exercises made my feet feel at the end of the day, dismissing that I had neuropathy. I haven’t done them consistently, and now I am convinced I do have neuropathy. So how cool is it that your short from yesterday and this video from 8 months ago show up at the same time when I have been markedly hurting! Kelly, you are a vessel by which blessings are given to us!! Thank you!!!
THIS IS A VERY GOOD VIDEO! I am 83 and am almost wheelchair bound because of chemotherapy neuropathy. I have suffered since 2017. I hope it's not too late. Thank you.
Due to being a laughing gas enthusiast I have acquired quite a lot of neuropathy symptoms over the years. This video gave me hope and even if it doesn't end up working in the end, I at least have something to work towards and hope for. For whoever dealing with similar situations and have lost hope, don't give up. I wish you a speedy recovery❤
how’s recovery? I am struggling with this as well at the moment . I can still walk but very awkward and I get tired so fast . Also have lots of weakness in both of my legs
I am a stroke survivor. These are all very good exercises for a gammy leg. I am working on drop-foot and a stiff leg, particularly on the lift up. . . . and elbow and fingers . . . the list is long. This is a very good video, you have another subscriber.
Thank you for making this video and make it available for everyone, you not idea how helpful it’s been for me , you’re professional in the ways you explain each exercise. Thanks
Thank you for these exercises. Experienced neuropathy pain for the first time ever due to chemo treatments and didn't know what to do to calm the effects. Cant wait to try these exercises. My friend Brook has it really bad just a couple months ago she had to have a big toe amputated, She used to be one of my favorite customers she had some back injuries and always had to wear a plastic back brace and thru all that adversity she was and still is a ray of sunshine. Wow thank you for these exercises! They’re super helpful and after finishing along, the outside of my lower legs are actually calm ahhhhh 🧘♀️ 😊that’s so amazing! Thank you thank you! I have a moment of peace now!
Here how i was able to combat this: Morning: wake up and do this exercise in the morning, boiled 3 eggs with avocado and black beans. Took vitamin b complex and alpha lipioc ac. Noon: lentils, with vegetables fish/turkey or chicken with vitamin B12 Night: green salad with a cup of blueberries. And magnesium oxide. No sugar and a lot of water. You must do this consistently for at least 3 weeks. Remember, the nerves takes a long time to heal. Of course, I visited my doctor first and he gave me the green lightto do this.
From another old goat, I also experienced a great increase in foot neuropathy while taking statin drugs. The doctors said it was caused by alcohol. Stopped taking statins after some 15 years of taking them. The severe pain stopped within a few months and overall neuropathy is slowly fading.
