I’m a 42yo identifying as AuDHD w/a PDA profile and I’m going to write this out and share it with a few people in my life as to how they can help me out without amping up my anxiety and defensiveness, and another option for avoiding that word I abhor: “should.” **I, of course, am working on better understanding PDA, as well as having grace with those around me that don’t have a clue about it … but the ones closest to me whom are empathetic and have a desire to understand and accommodate will be honored to learn this helpful tidbit. 🧡
