    I will be doing this tonight in my home gym. I can do the 35’s on the side raises but I might have to go down to the 25’s if I want to complete the sets lol 😝

    Probably the only guy on the net, who's not afraid of doing front raises and behind the neck presses. Those moves get so much hate these days.

      Cause they’re redundant. Front raises work the front delt, which is already worked with any heavy pressing movement (bench press, shoulder press) and behind the neck presses can lead to a shoulder tear if you lack the shoulder mobility and shoulder presses in front of you have the same benefits without the need for great mobility

      @@jayanthsambaraju6562 the say so, but I experience opposite. Overhand front raises in combination with side raises add more visual volume to delts. When I stop doing front raises, the achieved effect vanishes. Behind the neck presses used to perform as a snatch training exercises. Helps to learn to control the barbell, especially when performed in squat position, so called sots press.
