Seriously massive bro. Beast mode do sure. Thanks man a few I’ve never seen before. Looks like I’ll be getting bigger soon. When I was 15 I would do pull downs with the full stack. Made my shoulders look bigger. Upright rows with a curl bar were my only exercises I did lol.

I was under the impression that the narrow grip upright row is very bad for potential impingement?????
I don't understand, can you explain more to me so I can understand
I agree. I did a similar narrow grip upside row. There were no problems for a while bug later on, I had terrible impingement on my left shoulder.
I looked up some exercises for rehabilitation and they helped after about a month.
It was so bad I couldn't do shoulder presses, my arm feeling like it was paralyzed.

Swinging loads not isolating the movement enough to work them muscles to there full potential drop the weight and perform the reps slowly on the way down 3 seconds and a bit sharper on the way up 1 second with out swinging and maintaining proper form and you will see much more impressive results your already big you will explode in size.
