Hey brother, Hope all is well with you. I just wanted to say that I am forever grateful to you for posting this video. In 2011, I had what’s called my first ACDF at my C6-7, and in 2018 I had my second one at my C5-6 with no physical injuries. Just a common degenerative discs condition I have. So yes, I have been crowned with a 6 screw titanium plate at my neck. It’s now been 3 years post-op and must say that I really enjoyed your workout now that I actually have the strength. Your video sort of gave me hope and I will continue to navigate through some of your other videos to see what other strengthening short-minute workout routines I can do without aggravating any pain at my neck. Look up Proverbs 27:17 NLT! 🙏🏽💪🏽✝️

The only issue is without the audible timer the audience does not when to start and stop unless you are actively watching the video which means you are not focused on the workout. Thanks for creating these awesome follow along videos but please consider adding a better timer on them.
Thanks to these easy to follow videos and a proper diet, I'm down 140 lbs. Virtually every aspect of my life and relationships have improved significantly. After work I have enough energy to do stuff with friends and family and it feels really good. I have been able to do this for free at home. Thanks for the easy to follow guides.

TIPS WHEN YOU RETURN TO THIS WORKOUT: I have done this 15+ times. Never gets old! But for those who think it gets boring, try this SEATED and/or add wrist weights to aim for higher weight load 💪 also try 40-45 second sets, 15-20 sec rest! amazing man.............i hv been doing workout last 30 years. hatsoff.............first time i subscribed to a channel. i love the stretches u showed..........with proper timing to follow and do. keep rocking.
It's a high intensity gauntlet workout, same as "supersets"... U basically did a normal gym routine with the exercises he did, but didn't catch what was going on (it happens)... Your supposed to run the gauntlet and due to the short rest periods, by the end of the 2nd round your shoulders will be throbbing, same as doing monthly supersets or "running the rack" to shock your muscles. If you still have some juice in the tank, do a 3rd round with lighter weight and focus on form and contraction and you'll be amazed... Honestly, I'd say to step down lighter on the 2nd round if you feel like you're too fatigued to have proper form or do atleast 8-12 reps of each)

Even when u do 3-4 sets of 3-4 exercises per muscle group weekly, we do stuff like THIS once per month to shock the muscles (which leads to growth, it's called "Muscle confusion") When your body thinks it has mastered doing a taste, it stops growing and then working out just becomes "conditioning/toning" You can just do this solely, but I suggest switching up the order and removing and adding some extra workouts and alternating as much as possible before doing this exact same one again (we try to never to the exact same workout again, although u can change arm positioning, if you still get sore, it's working!) If not, your muscles will get used to it and plateau eventually, although that's after 6 months or so when u want to grow beyond your natural "conditioned" look, first 6-8 months your body will grow just from looking at dumbbells VS not lifting at all.

For anyone mistaken and picking these excercises and doing 3-4 sets of each, while that isnt BAD, your not paying attention! THIS is a "High Intensity Gauntlet" where you do each excercise, take only a 30 second break, and continue and by the end of round 2, your shoulders will be blasted due to the short breaks! (For guys who workout to build muscle, this is similar to doing Supersets or "running the rack" once a month to shock your muscles from the normal routine and you already know that this will blast your shoulders, same as any muscle group done like this) If doing this for regular conditioning, just use light weight and follow his count but guys who know your stuff, you will realize you cant possibly do an exact amount of reps with an exact amount of weight on the 2nd round, as its gonna progressively get harder and harder due to only 30 sec breaks and hitting every head of the shoulders and the fact your delts will still be in fire from the prior exercise. I haven't even done this yet but I already know how its gonna feel, being its a "superset gauntlet" basically. If you ONLY will be doing this kind of thing, switch up the order and also remove and add another excercises here and there and alternate to where its never the exact same workout week to week, atleast not within a 1 month time frame... When your muscles think they have mastered a task, they stop growing, hence why u have to confuse/shock them for growth... (Unless just starting out, first 6 months or so youll grow just from working out your body, but at the 8-12 month mark, you have to start getting creative if you want to GROW more than your body's normal "conditioned size") Just some tips, Im a trainer and wanted to find a good guantlet to do at home to switch things up this week. Ill be doing this once per month forsure!
