I’m 17 , I’m way more muscular than this guy , I weigh 190 pounds , I’m 6.4 feet tall , I don’t cut on any macronutrients, I eat 2x what a average joe eats , I do tons of cardio and body weight training.

Bro thats water weight and I guess you measured your weight before eating anything and earlier you measured after eating something . and that's unhealthy dude, go slow like you can cut 0.5 pounds/ .5kg per week or else if you did excess of cardio in order to lose weight quickly you will end up getting skinny fat. Try to do only 30min cardio and rest weight training , focus on weight training more , and increase muscle mass and then cut , trust me it will help

Hey, I have done Keto too, try saute veggies with chicken, in difft variations. Sometimes, just butter me halka sa saute and let them. Cook, and sprinkle salt n pepper. I have taken some herbs like, cheese tomato popcorn sprinkle, piri piri, oregano helped me stick to it. U shud also include chia puddings. Why don't u add pumpkins/bottleguards soups. Also Chicken soup tastes just yumm and so satisfying. Also, Mushrooms, capsicum and broccoli, makes a very nice crunchy snack hy sauting it.

You have to research properly about thing allowed on keto. And remember to maintain a caloric deficit.

My weight that day was 107 Due to excessive carb intake and keto shock there was heavy water retention in my body and urine output was below 500ml So I got it tested and my calcium oxalate was 400 something whearas normal was 2 to 8. There was immediate weight gain due to this mistake and I reached 116kg after 5 days of relapse. Later on within a week my urine became normal and 2 weeks post ending keto My weight started dropping And 1 month later it was 111.7kg After keto I was back to my shitty dietary habits but still the weight loss 2as substantial. This was me 2 months ago. Again back to shitty dietary habits so I have put on nice 3gs more😓😅
Caloric deficit is the main thing for weight loss regardless of diet. You can follow any diet like keto if paleo keeping a deficit. Now you must choose a diet which is sustainable for you and your body. No diet is a magical mantra for Weight loss

constipation is because you didn't have enough of fibers in your diet. To balance it out you can have salads in your meals. and reason for Headache and low energy is low electrolytes in your body. i.e salt. have salt in your every meal just like saket mentioned in the video.
its common ma'am because your body isn't use to new adaption. And quitting sugar/carbs can cause those problem and you feel weak for first week or 2nd week for some people, I only had for first 2 or 3 day after that my body got used to it. I lost 50 pound without anyone help or equipment, at home at age of 15. But cause of quarantine I feel bored to do workout, so I gained 10 pound in 10. 11 month #lazy(me).

One can consume that..but consider this.. 100ml of that whey water actually have only 1g of whey(powdered that we use as whey protein)and rest is just water.. so it's not possible to drink that much 2.4 litre in order to get 24gm of whey protein.
Not the whey ur talking abt... Its not gonna give u that much protein ... U gotta drink a lot of it and it has high carbs in it too... When protein is made from the same water but after refining it again and again in layers
The liquid (whey) remaining after making of paneer can be used in chapati dough. It's very nutritious n healthy in protein. I drink tht directly in my gaining phase.

Take around 20 to 30 grams per meal if you're lean and have good metabolism.

100ml of that whey water actually have only 1g of whey(powdered that we use as whey protein)and rest is just water.. so it's not possible to drink that much 2.4 litre in order to get 24gm of whey protein.
Not the whey ur talking abt... Its not gonna give u that much protein ... U gotta drink a lot of it and it has high carbs in it too... When protein is made from the same water but after refining it again and again in layers
