      I’m 17 , I’m way more muscular than this guy , I weigh 190 pounds , I’m 6.4 feet tall , I don’t cut on any macronutrients, I eat 2x what a average joe eats , I do tons of cardio and body weight training.

    This guy knows what he is doing and what he wants to do, such clarity at the age of 19, superb! Also your body responds quickly at this age, you have a lot of energy and less life stress, starting early is so good in life.
    Edited PS: watched Saket's few videos and now I am in calorie deficit. Lost 1.2 kg in 2 days, already!

      Bro thats water weight and I guess you measured your weight before eating anything and earlier you measured after eating something . and that's unhealthy dude, go slow like you can cut 0.5 pounds/ .5kg per week or else if you did excess of cardio in order to lose weight quickly you will end up getting skinny fat. Try to do only 30min cardio and rest weight training , focus on weight training more , and increase muscle mass and then cut , trust me it will help

      @@kriswayne7938 muscles can be built even in calorie deficit. Being in calorie deficit just uses the extra energy to be burnt from fat, hence reduces the amount of fat in the body.

    Hey,
    I have done Keto too, try saute veggies with chicken, in difft variations. Sometimes, just butter me halka sa saute and let them. Cook, and sprinkle salt n pepper.
    I have taken some herbs like, cheese tomato popcorn sprinkle, piri piri, oregano helped me stick to it.
    U shud also include chia puddings.
    Why don't u add pumpkins/bottleguards soups. Also Chicken soup tastes just yumm and so satisfying.
    Also, Mushrooms, capsicum and broccoli, makes a very nice crunchy snack hy sauting it.

      @@azeemarif6526 Had drastic changes, I did keto for 21 days, lost around 10 kgs, but a lot of muscles, it's actually very tough, if you haven't done any other diets before this, it's going to be a nightmare for first week, then your body will eventually settle down, but overall it's worth it if you have to loose weight at any cost.
      You have to research properly about thing allowed on keto. And remember to maintain a caloric deficit.

      In short
      My BMR was 1800 cal.
      To enter ketosis I took a 1400 cal diet. With 3gfat to 1g protein.
      This iss the most difficult phase.
      Once you enter ketosis u can use urine keto strips to check so.
      After the keto flu subsides
      My diet for the last 12 keto days was
      3 med eggs plus 2 tbsp ghee
      200 g spinach soup with paneer chunks 100 g and reqd fat.1 TSP ghee
      Dinner was chicken breast 200g marinated and then fried in 2 tbsp ghee

      I researched on keto for a week intensively.
      So keto day one weight after bowel flush weight without drinking water in morning was 118.2kg
      They day I did a carb refeed wass the day I relapsed ie day 16. My weight that day was 107
      Due to excessive carb intake and keto shock there was heavy water retention in my body and urine output was below 500ml
      So I got it tested and my calcium oxalate was 400 something whearas normal was 2 to 8.
      There was immediate weight gain due to this mistake and I reached 116kg after 5 days of relapse.
      Later on within a week my urine became normal and 2 weeks post ending keto
      My weight started dropping
      And 1 month later it was 111.7kg
      After keto I was back to my shitty dietary habits but still the weight loss 2as substantial.
      This was me 2 months ago. Again back to shitty dietary habits so I have put on nice 3gs more😓😅

      Caloric deficit is the main thing for weight loss regardless of diet. You can follow any diet like keto if paleo keeping a deficit. Now you must choose a diet which is sustainable for you and your body. No diet is a magical mantra for Weight loss

    saket while making paneer . did you know that the liquid separated from paneer is used to make whey protein . i make paneer at home and use the liquid to make a protein shake by adding some other stuff. i know it because iam doing a course of a fitness nutritionist

    Question of the day-How much protein should we consume in a single meal? Some says 30-40 gm only our body can digest and other says it doesn’t matter?🙄

      One should consume at least 1 gm of protein per kg of body weight , but that's for those who doesn't work out . For those who workout 1.5-2.2 gm is recommended .

    Keto is worst I have experienced lots of problems like constipation , headache,low energy in gym etc

      constipation is because you didn't have enough of fibers in your diet. To balance it out you can have salads in your meals. and reason for Headache and low energy is low electrolytes in your body. i.e salt. have salt in your every meal just like saket mentioned in the video.

      its common ma'am because your body isn't use to new adaption. And quitting sugar/carbs can cause those problem and you feel weak for first week or 2nd week for some people, I only had for first 2 or 3 day after that my body got used to it. I lost 50 pound without anyone help or equipment, at home at age of 15. But cause of quarantine I feel bored to do workout, so I gained 10 pound in 10. 11 month #lazy(me).

    If you cut down the fruit sources during KETO from where one can fill out the deficit of fiber ( given that whole wheat/ oats/fruits i.e. all high fibrous sources are also source of carb)

      i am getting doubtful now, cause he has already trained for 3 years... and putting on 6kg leans mass is very hard even for beginners in 5 months !!!!, also it was lockdown period and he didnt have access to gyms , he trained in the park and home mostly.
      and its true also.that he packed 6kg lean muscle mass, cause he still looks ripped in the new video.....
      what do u think bro ?

      @@genghisda236 no way even with best genetics he can gain 6 to 8 kg in the first year then the muscle gain slows down each year in 3 year you can hardly gain 2 to 4 kg muscle in one year

      i am still 50-50 on his natty or not

      One can consume that..but consider this..
      100ml of that whey water actually have only 1g of whey(powdered that we use as whey protein)and rest is just water.. so it's not possible to drink that much 2.4 litre in order to get 24gm of whey protein.
