Pranayam se achchi matra me oxygen milne k kaaran blood achche se oxygenate hota hai.. jisse kai fayde.. araam mil sakta hai lekin cyst poori tarah se cure ho jae yeh nahi keh sakte.. woh multi-factorial hota hai
Aap apne gati ki hisab se 2-3 round kar sakte hain. Har ek round me 20 breath le sakte hain.. jaise jaise comfortable lage aap har ek round me 60-79 breath bhi le sakte hain.. Ek baat ka dhyand rahe bilkul araam se breath le. bahut jaldi jaldi karne ki koshish me shareer ko pressure nahi dena hai 🙏🏻🙂
Actually half n hour bahut lamba samay hai. Agar aap advanced practitioner hai n comfortable hai toh bilkul kar sakte hain. Rule yeh hai ki jitna comfortable lage utna kare. Max half hour is good. Pace comfortable n restless nahi hona chahiye 🙏🏼🙂

It depends on your comfortable.. 3 rounds of 50-60 breaths should be good but give priority to quality not quantity.. you ca start with just 2 rounds of 30 and observe the pattern.. is ur facing getting tensed up?? Is your chest shaking?? Observe and practice n then u can increase counts as you start feeling more comfortable 🙏🏻🙂
