Please make sure while practicing this you rest your tongue to the top of mouth.. that will decrease the vibration in jaw.. ur jaw should have a mm gap.. vibration in jaw gives irritation so try to fix it by using about change 🙏🏻🙂

Sow. Shrishti ji HARI OM. AS I can't pass bowl in morning after getup for 15/20 minutes can I do yoga and prayAnam without passing bowl at all. my first time pass bowl after doing yoga pranayam and having tea and toast. Please guide I asked u this earlier also in kapal bhati.
Most welcome.. If you are comfortably able to practice 11 rounds then please continue to do so. There is no hard n fast count rule. Practice differs from person to person 🙏🏼

Raat ho yoga karna sahi nahi hai.. Aap subah me thoda samay ya shaam me half hour nikaal le toh bahut badhiya hoga 😊🙏

Try having some warm water and walk for 15 minutes. I am sure it will help.
