      Mujhe pcod hai, ovarian cyst, endometrium cyst hai, doctor ne kaha hai surgery karna hoga, may conceive nahi kar parahihu, please 😅 😢 please 🙏 suggestions dijiye, or aak question kapalbhati kaya night mein bhi kar sakte hai ,mane you tube mein suna hai kapalbhati half an hour karne se anno bimare Hota Hai, please suggest 😅

    I practice pranayam: 10 minutes Kapalbhati and 5 minutes Anulombilom daily, I lost 4 kg weight in 3 months. I am 71, fit and happy. Think positive, help others, keep peace in mind.

    I got my baby due to kapalbhati and anulom vilom....Meri shadi ke baad mujhe conceive krne me problem aa rhi thi to tests karaye...pcod and thyroid aaya thoda thoda...sirf 15 din hi hue the kapalbhati aur anulom vilom krte hue, I got pregnant...Mai aur mere husband dono sirf 10-10 minutes hi ye yoga krte the.

    Very important informations.. thanks, daily practice without a day skipping, can skip after 15 days, starting 3 minutes without rest first, sit staight without moving, continous without rest practice is most effective, start with rythem of seconds 60 times in a minute then u can extend slowly with practice upto 80 times a minute, concentration, silence place, sit on met (woolen or plastic ), can't be done in special cases, women can do slowly during periods.

    किस किसम के लोग हैं जो इस वीडियो को डिसलाइक करके गए मेरी तो समझ के बाहर है मैंने तो अपनी जिंदगी में जब भी कपालभाति की मेरे चेहरे का रंग मेरे बालों की सॉफ्टनेस बढ़ गई weight loss 200 percent Hota he Hota Hai
    मैंने यह भी महसूस किया कि जब मैं अनुलोम-विलोम करता हूं या भस्त्रिका करता हूं तो मेरे रोंगटे खड़े हो जाते हैं और मेरे को अंदर से एक बहुत अच्छी फीलिंग आने लगती है पता नहीं आप में से कितने लोगों ने ऐसा तजुर्बा लिया है
    और शक्ति और ऊर्जा की तो बात ही क्या करें कम से कम 2 से 3 गुना हो जाती है नींद अच्छी आती है डिप्रेशन महसूस नहीं होता और मैं अपनी बीमारियां हमेशा आयुर्वेद और योगा से ही लड़ता हूं

    मैंने किडनी मे पथरी का दर्द होता था पर अब नही दर्द होता है

    I have liver problem and piles. I am doing kapalbhati for 30 min both morning and evening from past 3 weeks. When I do kapalbhati my liver pains, what should I do?

      Brother you are overdoing it.Its very intense Pranayam.reduce the time to match your comfort.Doesnt matter how much a particular yoga is beneficial, if it's causing pain or discomfort then it's wrong.
      So you can try it for 15 minutes only morning,if that doesn't cause you problem then do it twice a day for 15 minutes.Dont be in a hurry,else it can cause you more damage

    guruji meri mummy ki age 65 hai aur unko breast cancer hai 4th stage ka aur woh kapalbhati pranayam 1 hour karte hai aur anulom vilom half hour karte hai morning mein bhi aur raat mein bhi khana khane se phele karte hai unki ghaat thik ho jayegi unki kemo theraphy chalu hai abhi tak 1st hui hai kemo theraphy plzz reply zarur kariyega

      Generally do Yoga after shower. It's not advisable to pour water on your body after heating up the body with Yoga or Pranayaam. This is my personal experience.
