    Only someone who has been constipated understands how uncomfortable it is. I've been doing these exercises for three days, and I am less bloated and going to the bathroom at least one a day. What a change!!

    I was in the middle of doing this exercise and I felt the urge to poop right when I pulled my left knee in toward my chest. I ended up going and I felt much better. Thank you for this exercise!

    Thank you. I think k I've made the connection between my occasional use of the pain suppository and constipation. Not sure that a thing. With diverticulosis and IC and Pelvic floor dysfunction, I appreciate this helpful tool.

    I am shocked. About and hour and half later it worked😂 I am on elimination diet and struggled a bit. Thought good to do some yoga this week and found your video. Didn't think will work so quickly hahaha. Thank you

    The stretches were great. It felt good to be moving with focus on the area. My only complaint would be if you could go a bit slower, that would be elpful. This is my first time looking at one of your videos. Likely with time it will go better for me.

    I did your other video with constipation on the evening one day. Then i woke up, my stomach was suffering but then i felt urge to poop and i was so relived.
    Doing this again, again constipation. Maybe i will wake up and it will work again! I hope, i'm suffering for 3 days now 😢

    Hi Doctor I changed my diet to lose weight and now I'm constipated for a week Ive tried everything, Im eating normal now but less, Im also doing this yoga, will I eventually go?

      These exercises helped me go poop. I was in a lot of pain this morning and decided to try these exercises. It really helped me and I was constipated for nine days. These exercises will definitely get poop moving and I know that because I tried them and ended up pooping

    I went to search for my yoga mattress and a HUGE cockroach was there and started running. Needless to say that I shit my pants figuratively, but unfortunately not literally cause I didn't do the exercises 🥲
