    I was having -6.25 in my left eye before I started similar exercises, after 7 days my left eye sight improved by -0.5D. Now it is -5.75. Give it a shot guys, it works👍

    Guys i am starting this exercise on 20 January 2025❤
    My power is -9 and -10 however real is -11 in both eyes it it works for me then can work for anyone literally anyone going to update everyday literally everyday if you find helpful like❤

    Exercise karte huye 19din ho gye aaj thoda thoda improvement dikh raha hai. Pahle jaha blur dikhta tha ab thoda thoda saaf dikhai deta hai.🙏🏻

    My eyesight has also improved after continuing doing these exercises . It went down by .075 in 2months and believe me no doctor will tell you this . Everyone should do these exercises with all their family members to make it more interesting.

    I have very bad eyesight, with -7.5 in both eyes. I started doing these exercises six months ago. I did these exercises almost daily, and started having triphala water in the mornings. After a few months when I went for my eye check up, the doctor was surprised that my eyesight had improved by .5! Thank you Satvik Movement! And it’s a long and slow process of improvement, but worth continuing.

    I played a lot of games in my child hood. My eyes pained without any reason. In New Zealand doctor told me to do eye exercises everyday. I have been following this video for 2 and a half weeks consistently and it has reduced pain in my eyes significantly. Thank you. It’s all about consistency!!!!

      @@Ddddd399 I think are doing these exercises faster, I also got red and swollen eyes because I was making this mistake. And also you shouldn't wash your eyes for like 30 min or an hour after doing these. Maybe watch their other video where they are talking about eye pack to get relief.

    Right from childhood I was told that eyesight number can never reduce it’ll only increase or it can be maintained. So I was skeptical when I started doing these exercises. But to my surprise my number got reduced by 1 point after doing these exercises for 2 months. Truly mind blowing how our body can self heal or self correct it’s errors by following simple life hacks. Kudos to Satvic Movement.

      Same here mere se bhi log kahe rahe hai Ki Ab chasme ka no. Kam nahi ho skata mane UA-cam par bhi dekha ki eye surgery se hi Kuch ho sakta hai but this comment...     Doing this exercise from 4 monthes regularly I had an eye check up my vision did not improve but my eyes are getting better pain is reduced and eyes didn't get tired

    I have full trust in this channel . Guys Listen to me carefully .
    My weight was 109 kg when I realised I had blood pressure . This was a great shock for me . Blood pressure is a very disgusting thing to have . People told me, it will remain for life and I have to take tablets . I was heart broken .
    I then saw this channel and start following it . Things like Intermittent fasting is golden .( I too started running every day ) .I followed this channel as much as I can .
    Today I my free of blood pressure and my weight is 84 kgs.
    Blood pressure goes away is 3 to 4 months , but I you follow it for a year I can tell you it will not recur. But dont start a bad life style.

    Before doing this exercise my daughters vision was -4 and -3.50 and+1 in both eyes. But after 6 month her vision improved by -3.25 and +.50 in both eyes. It really works . Thanks satvik movement

    This exercise is amazing. I m doing from last 2 month. Mera eyes ka no. Left -4.0 and right -3.5 Hai. Me phele without glass door ke bhar bhi nhi nikalta tha. Now ab 10-12 hour without glass bhi pura gaav ghumta hu. Thank you so much satvik movment for for this amazing exercise. Mene bhi phele lasik ka soch tha. But us se ratina pe damage hota hai jisse elder age me eyes power low hote jata hai.

      @@mrssimple2347 My numbers for myopia have not changed after 3 months of practicing these exercises; my left eye is -3.5, my right eye -4,
      yet I can definitely see better. Three months ago, during an eye checkup, the optometrist observed my peripheral vision was poor and suspected
      I had glaucoma; I went to an eye specialist to check for glaucoma last week; my peripheral vision has greatly improved; it is perfect in my left eye and slightly less than perfect in my right eye; I don't have glaucoma.

      Baki sirf 6 minutes karne se eyes jitna relax ho jati hai utna ye sab excercise daily 15-20 minutes karne par bhi nahi hoti thi

    I had eye power for one month before that was -2 in my left eye I have been practicing these exercise regularly. And then I go for the checkup now my eye power is -0.45. The doctor has been advised me to wear specs only while using the phone, laptop. This exercise changes my life. Must advise you to try these exercises. A little hard work will change your life.     Hi guys, i have seen this video way before but i wast not doing this exercise regularly but from last 1 month i am doing this regularly, mera chasma tut gaya so i went to the dr and mere number phele -1.25 tha left ka or -1 tha right ka ab dono ankho ka -0.5 ha. Now to i believe ki meri ankhe kuch months mak bikkul thk hojayegi . And one more thing i have some problem with my left eyes some disease jo generally dogs se hoti ha ... Maine sare ache dr ko dikhaya they told me it cant be treated but what we can do is ki isko or badne se roke but 1 month mai meri eyes thk hori ha ... I just cam here to tell you guys ki please follow kro sb shi hoga .

    I am a defence aspirant last year in the month of September despite clearing all the selection test I was declared unfit for the air force recruitment because the vision of my left eye was 6/24 while the permissible vision is 6/12 in air force ....
    I followed the tips given here... I did not only the eye workout but also the other 4 things told here... And it really worked my vision for left eye now is 6/12 and this time I have cleared my medical... My joining is in the month of june..
    Believe me guys these workouts are really helpful

    It really works.. i’ve been doing it since years and i stiil don’t use spectacles which was recommended to me some 10years ago. Instead of thumb, I use pen.😊

    I have been doing this exercise since last few days....i m able to see slight improvement in my eye sight....i do the tratak kriya before sleeping...even after 20 min of screen watching i take break...no screen time after 9.00pm. and after every 1and 1/2 hr i splash my eyes with cold water...!! I will surely update y'll

    Today is my first day of the exercise and I felt much pain in my eye while doing this...Now waiting for the improvement
