    Pichle saal mera power -2.00 that. Maine exercise shuru ki randomly starting mei pr iske sath mai yog bhi krti thi aur mera diet bhi different hai. Fruits, dry Fruits aur ghar ka khana khati hu. Exercise krne ke ek month bad check krwaya toh .25 kam hua. Doctor bhi hairan the. Phir is saal maine exercise utna nahi kia lekin mai shirshanshan krti hu. Aur .25 kam ho gaya is bar. Ab meri power -1.5 hai. And on top of that I am a software engineer. Mera sara kaam laptop se hota hai. But trust me no Doctor is going to tell you this trick. This will actually make a difference.

    Exercise karte huye 19din ho gye aaj thoda thoda improvement dikh raha hai. Pahle jaha blur dikhta tha ab thoda thoda saaf dikhai deta hai.🙏🏻

    After reading all positive comment i an going to start this from today(20/04/2024) and i wil continue this for min 1 year and will eye checkup in every month i will update here my results. Currently my eye sight is -4 and -4.25. Lets hope it gone work for me.
    I will update on 20/05/2024 about my progress.
    Update (15/05/2024)- I failed to complete this due to my work. I will start again from today and update on 15/06/2024.

    I was having -6.25 in my left eye before I started similar exercises, after 7 days my left eye sight improved by -0.5D. Now it is -5.75. Give it a shot guys, it works👍

      Really how much time undid it in a day and what other practices did u follow mine is -3 and -2.75 in both eyes how long I have to follow to see a difference

      @@pritamyadav8759 it a generally a jump and not something that will progress every day. Do not expect more than 0.5 per month

    Chalo 3 din pehle se chalu kiya har roj update dunga
    Day 1:Eyes me thoda sa pain ho rha h
    Day 2: firse same as day 1 ,2 times exercise kiya
    Day 3: ek hi baar kiya hai ,still no change
    Day 4:nhi kiya
    Day 5: 2 times kiya hai abhi tak kuch change nhi hai
    Day 6,7,8: still the same par abhi headache reduce ho gya hai and thoda sa improvement dikh rha hai
    Day 18: abhi bhi same hai
    2 month : -0.25 Kam hua

    I have very bad eyesight, with -7.5 in both eyes. I started doing these exercises six months ago. I did these exercises almost daily, and started having triphala water in the mornings. After a few months when I went for my eye check up, the doctor was surprised that my eyesight had improved by .5! Thank you Satvik Movement! And it’s a long and slow process of improvement, but worth continuing.

    My eyesight has also improved after continuing doing these exercises . It went down by .075 in 2months and believe me no doctor will tell you this . Everyone should do these exercises with all their family members to make it more interesting.

    Started this excercise today, hoping to continue and check progress over the week.
    Day 1 - ✅. Eyes and eyebrows feel a little tired and stretched
    Day 2 - ✅. Same as day 1 , Eyes and eyebrows feel a little tired and stretched
    Day 3 - ✅ eyes feel a little heavy around the sockets temporarily

    I played a lot of games in my child hood. My eyes pained without any reason. In New Zealand doctor told me to do eye exercises everyday. I have been following this video for 2 and a half weeks consistently and it has reduced pain in my eyes significantly. Thank you. It’s all about consistency!!!!

      @@Ddddd399 I think are doing these exercises faster, I also got red and swollen eyes because I was making this mistake. And also you shouldn't wash your eyes for like 30 min or an hour after doing these. Maybe watch their other video where they are talking about eye pack to get relief.

    Right from childhood I was told that eyesight number can never reduce it’ll only increase or it can be maintained. So I was skeptical when I started doing these exercises. But to my surprise my number got reduced by 1 point after doing these exercises for 2 months. Truly mind blowing how our body can self heal or self correct it’s errors by following simple life hacks.       Isliye mai anulom vilom ko regular nahi kar rha hu sirf 6 minutes per day wo bhi kabhi kabhi nahi karta
      Agar 15-15 or 20-20 minutes daily kare to chasma bhi utar jata hai
      Baki sirf 6 minutes karne se eyes jitna relax ho jati hai utna ye sab excercise daily 15-20 minutes karne par bhi nahi hoti thi

    I had eye power for one month before that was -2 in my left eye I have been practicing these exercise regularly. And then I go for the checkup now my eye power is -0.45. The doctor has been advised me to wear specs only while using the phone, laptop. This exercise changes my life. Must advise you to try these exercises. A little hard work will change your life. Thankfulness to the whole satvik movement team.

    Alhamdulillah , This exercises actually worked for me My eye sight was previously right one -1.25 and left one -1.00 but after doing the exercises my right eye is now -0.75 and left eye is -.050.
    It will definitely work.. Try it..
    with that you can follow up certain routine like, Not using mobile atleast 1 hour before going to bed and even try not to use that much for unnecessary things. Early morning when you wake up see greenery things around you like trees..
    After from 1 week it will start improving..It will reduce your power..
    I am posting this as it have worked for me and i hope this comment help you all.

    Before doing this exercise my daughters vision was -4 and -3.50 and+1 in both eyes. But after 6 month her vision improved by -3.25 and +.50 in both eyes. It really works . Thanks satvik movement

    I have full trust in this channel . Guys Listen to me carefully .
    My weight was 109 kg when I realised I had blood pressure . This was a great shock for me . Blood pressure is a very disgusting thing to have . People told me, it will remain for life and I have to take tablets . I was heart broken .
    I then saw this channel and start following it . Things like Intermittent fasting is golden .( I too started running every day ) .I followed this channel as much as I can .
    Today I my free of blood pressure and my weight is 84 kgs.
    Blood pressure goes away is 3 to 4 months , but I you follow it for a year I can tell you it will not recur. But dont start a bad life style.

    About a month ago, I had an eye checkup and asked the optometrist whether there are exercises to improve vision; she said there are none; I went home, searched UA-cam for eye exercises for myopia, came across this videos, have been doing these exercises daily, and my vision has been slowly improving since.

      @@mrssimple2347 My numbers for myopia have not changed after 3 months of practicing these exercises; my left eye is -3.5, my right eye -4,
      yet I can definitely see better. Three months ago, during an eye checkup, the optometrist observed my peripheral vision was poor and suspected
      I had glaucoma; I went to an eye specialist to check for glaucoma last week; my peripheral vision has greatly improved; it is perfect in my left eye and slightly less than perfect in my right eye; I don't have glaucoma.

    Hi guys, i have seen this video way before but i wast not doing this exercise regularly but from last 1 month i am doing this regularly, mera chasma tut gaya so i went to the dr and mere number phele -1.25 tha left ka or -1 tha right ka ab dono ankho ka -0.5 ha. Now to i believe ki meri ankhe kuch months mak bikkul thk hojayegi . And one more thing i have some problem with my left eyes some disease jo generally dogs se hoti ha ... Maine sare ache dr ko dikhaya they told me it cant be treated but what we can do is ki isko or badne se roke but 1 month mai meri eyes thk hori ha ... I just cam here to tell you guys ki please follow kro sb shi hoga .

      Same here mere se bhi log kahe rahe hai Ki Ab chasme ka no. Kam nahi ho skata mane UA-cam par bhi dekha ki eye surgery se hi Kuch ho sakta hai but this comment...
