3 hours I've done these, drop the subframe, if on a two poster swing subframe forward gives loads of space
I should have done that tbh!!
I noticed oil starting to build up on the intercooler pipes on mine. Fitted a catch can, looking much better 👌
You will always get oil Vapor in the pipes, a catch can will help with a cleaner burn! Always a good idea!
thanks fella because I think my turbo just went pop and I needed to know roughly how long it would take. much appreciated good luck.
No problem 👍
Nice job keep it up
Thank you mate! How you doing?
@@torqueautomotivebedfordwas it a tough job to get the bolts holding the turbo off.
Its the Renault . Dacia engine . Mercedes use but don't like to be reminded merc share an engine with the cheapest cars you can buy 😢😮
I knew I made the mistake when I watched it back, its indeed a Renault engine!! my brain just said Mercedes!! Either way the turbo is a pain to replace!! Also if you look on the video you can see a Renault stamp on the manifold!
Is it much the same procedure to change the feed and return lines on the turbo? How many hours it take you?
it took around 6h - as for the feed and return lines - basically yes. not easy to access at all.
how many hours to complete.
