Pretty sure you should tighten the bush bolts when arms are loaded, otherwise the bushes are stressed just with the weight of the van. However you loosened them for the alignment so happy days!

Thanks for the video mate, My dpf is saying it's full, and won't regen, hopefully nothing wrong with the turbo on mine, would a blocked dpf effect the air flow from the turbo.

The same faults with transits and probably every other ‘wet belt’ on the road. Might also be affected by the oil type and makes used. Whatever it is the stupidest idea ever to come out of the combined automotive industry. I will never buy any car or van with a wet belt, chain wear and break guides, dry belts wear but last their stated life unless they get ‘oil ‘ unto them or abused.

after converting from auto to manual gearbox i seem to run into the same issue where my pressurplate can't seem to reach when pressing the clutch. do you mind sharing the different partnumbers becous i can only find the thinner one. Even on the site from scheaffler. Any help is appreciated.
