I've been doing this workout 1-2x a day, eating more protein and drinking more water for almost a week and a half and there is a HUGE difference. I now have abs popping through as my fat burns off my body! My waist is almost 2 inches smaller, bloating has reduced, energy has gone up and so has my motivation. I look forward to this workout everyday! Don't give up, its so worth it.
Doing a 30-day challenge to motivate myself to workout: Day 1 ✅ - I need to work on my form. Finished the whole set but I had to take longer breaks. Day 2 ✅ - more accustomed to the routine. I still find the first three forms difficult 😢 no long breaks today.

I’ve been in a calorie deficit and was losing weight for awhile. Then I started doing this workout and a full body Pilates for Lily Sabri as well while still in my calorie deficit and started to gain weight. Is the weight gain from muscle because I don’t understand??
You're gaining muscle! It could also be water weight so make sure to not eat or drink anything before weighing yourself and only wiegh in the morning. If you eat carbs and consume liquid, water weight could stay with you a little longer.
Lilly sabri 🧁I don’t know if you’ll be able to help us but we overtrained our lower deep core because the flutter kicks were just so easy and fun bt then now my HIPS have actually shrunk!!! Making me look like a box 😭😭😭 before that, I was a curvalicious sex god but then now my hips are like even with my waist and my upper abs are just the slightest bit larger. They also protrude from the front just a bit while my lower belly has flattened a lot. Is there a way to make hips bigger maybe ? Or spit train the upper and middle deep core only? Lilly sabri, the fountain of knowledge please hear our plea! (I also know some people who overdid the flutter kicks and now they have the same issue as me lol) we want the small waist back!!

I don't like having "rest days" because I feel like I'll never get back into a routine but this workout is perfect and honestly I really enjoyed it 😊
rest day is important you give time to relax your muscles after a heavy workout.
if a fear of inconsistency for your routine is keeping you from taking rest days than you’re going to burn out very soon
if you don't like rest days maybe you should just take a walk on somedays but don't do heavy exercises everyday trust me

Rest days are needed to actually build the muscle, so the muscle can repair itself
