I heard from my physician that it is best to do dynamic stretching at beginning of games and trainings because if you hold stretch at the beginning of game or trainings when your muscles are cold it will increase your chances of injury. I learned this after I almost got injured during my gym session on the warm up set. It was leg day and I stretched well no running warmup prior to it just got to the gym and stretching and foam roll and went to do a set on squats with just 45s on each side went down into the squat and I couldn't get back up, and my quads felt like they couldn't handled the load. I learned after that That stretching could hurt you prior to training. And that it is best to run first and do dynamic stretching. Once training is complete then do the actual strerching
as a guy who just started to pay attention to these kind of videos only after injury .. I can say I watched a lot of these kind of videos and this one is one of the best i've seen .. nice, short, everything explained and demonstrated .. thank you!

I religiously watch this weekly before my football ⚽. If you see this I'd like to know how you beat combat tight calves and then an Achilles issue? I've had an issue with my Achilles for a while and no physio or masseuse knows the cause. I think it has something to do with my tight calves. Any suggestions from a footballer's POV would be life changing
I think he mentioned it before he said start with an academy build your technical skills and after he said if you have the money go to open tryouts and stuff like that but if you don't have money to travel and pay for the entry fee to these tryouts I'm not sure what to go for
