Hey Matt, I’ve been watching you since your Germany days. I would like to know what you would suggest as to getting back into soccer. I haven’t played in an actual game since July 2019. I moved to MN and haven’t played since. The varsity coach offered me a spot on the team but I declined because I was homeless at the time and I was pretty rusty. I’ve decided I want to get back into soccer and play on a regular basis again. What would you suggest I do?
Some things in moderation its okay , His 80-90% of the diet is very clean and geared towards fueling him for practice and games. For some a 100% clean diet works just as fine , ultimately it comes down to knowing your body and its performance better.
