    The best video about nutrition.
    I usually took complex carbs before training and felt heavy in my stomach. Now i understand that I need to eat before my training tiil like 2-3 hours simple carbs. Like rise,potato and spaghetti. But during the day eat complex carbs. Thank you very much. You helped a lot.

    I feel awful 30-50 mins into the game. I feel like takin a. Nap and my legs fail. It’s stupid I barely get tired but this tiring as hrll
