This is a full body slow moving flow with breath awareness, twists, heart openers and a guided meditation at the end. All levels are welcome and modifications are included.

Thank you for posting this! Your classes have been so beneficial for me! I enjoy the practice without music, the stillness and clarity of your voice are what set your videos apart for me. I enjoy the guided meditation as well, but I find that I prefer singing bowls rather than music during mediation.
Great class and really enjoyed the meditation at the end, even had found myself wishing it was longer! I enjoyed the music during that piece, feeling great after that. Thank you 🙏

I enjoyed it very much, I thought the music was soothing. Incorporating meditations is a fantastic idea, as well as reminders for gratitude. Gratitude is something I've learned is very important but I am still working on making it a habit. Also, I feel like post yoga is the perfect time for meditation, it feels like yoga sort of warms up the mind for meditation. Thank you for all that you do, namaste.

Loved the transition into half camel. In fact that was a beautifully arranged flow the whole way through. Very much enjoyed the short meditation at the end and life is better with music!

My gratitude for the practice is the breath. It took me a few days before i finally take this practice early this morning. And this is just what my body needs. I haven’t been able to sleep for quite sometimes, with other health issues, my blood pressure goes down. My previous work-out attempts turned out worsening my fatigue. But practicing this Gratitude movements has made my day. So i thank you abundantly for your kindest soul and all the practices you put forth for everyone. 🤍

I enjoy yoga but haven't committed as much time as I should to the practice but this class hit me somewhere special. By the end I realized that while I'm grateful for so many wonderful things in my life, I dont ever really take the time to show gratitude to my own body. I spend so much time focusing on my own physical shortcomings I take for granted all that my body does for me regardless of the ways I have mistreated it over the years. Thank you for the insight and the wonderful class!

These classes are so amazing. Your voice is so calm and peaceful, and the meditations and the end are really helpful in grounding me and actually understanding how my body feels. I loved when you said "the light in me sees the light in you". The music is a nice touch too, because it isn't loud or disruptive.
