    Hi, I’m Nico Murillo, and I recently got laid off from Tesla on 4/15/2024. I was a Production Supervisor, and was with the company for 5 years. I started in 2019, as an entry level Production Associate. After getting laid off, had to make the decision to sell the house. I decided to sell most of my belongings and move into my 2021 Tesla Model Y. When I worked at Tesla, I slept in my car on work days to avoid my 3 hour round trip commute time from Lathrop, Ca to Fremont, Ca. I created a platform in my trunk with the use of Michaels, Home Depot products, and a soft mattress, where I now call my home. Living in my car enables me to save money, and invest it. I am documenting my journey to financial independence by 2029. My hope is that by sharing my own personal highs and lows along this (sometimes) wild journey, you might be inspired to look into financial independence. Maybe one day i'll see you at GNC in Stoneridge Mall Pleasanton, Ca. I currently work there now as a supplements store manager. I am off Sundays and Wednesdays though.

      That is really good advice but not many people take it. I hope and pray that this guy gets everything he deserves in life that is positive. Losing a job sucks especially now days. Getting a job is so hard and keeping it is even harder. You get your hours cut all the time and then eventually they will let you go even if you have been working there for 10 or 15 years. It doesn't matter how long you have worked at a place you can still be let go. Its insane how life works. Life is not fair but life is what you make it. If you let stuff like losing a job get you down then you will never go far in life.

    • @Kenny-p2y
      @Kenny-p2y 25 днів тому

      @@4LY554 Hm, kinda have to disagree here. From my near death experience, I've seen what it's like on "the other side", and it's nothing as religions claim. There is no singular being called "God" nor anything associated with any world religions. Similar to the law of conservation of energy, "Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it merely changes form". It's EXACTLY like that. We are all pieces of a massive energy field that's "self-aware" and can generate infinite "reality constructs" through thought. The only things that actually "exist" is energy and consciousness. Everything else are manifested constructs. Our consciousness is like a form of energy that never ends, individual pieces that make up a vast ocean-like field in a sort of hive-mind. It's an entirely mental state of existence. This reality on earth is something like a VR game. We willingly choose to enter here and "assume" these created character identities that we pick (kind of like a collective dream or theater play where you personalize your own character and create backstories, etc) in order to have experiences to expand & understand. It's like putting on a performance or "acting" to a script you set for yourself to engage in some form of a journey. These human bodies are like avatars that are "manifested", vehicles to operate and have an experience through. We chose what we want to experience based on some component we are seeking that is unique to each of us. We all collectively benefit from our own individual unique experiences. The whole point of existence is to experience. To grow. To transform.
      But there's no belief in any messiah/savior figure. There's no judgement on the other side. Only perception. There's no hell or heaven other than the ones you manifest for yourself through your consciousness. You can experience whatever you want by manifesting it. Your thoughts can form a reality. Remember, it's entirely mental state of existence. The reason I say this is because these religious belief systems (which are entirely invented) can force individuals to view themselves as well as the construct environment around them in destructive negative ways. This thought that we are somehow broken in some way and need some fixer to save us is NOT why we came here at all. Those are invented beliefs that were assimilated while here inside this construct. We aren't limited on the other-side, not confined to human ways of thinking in that state. We are something else entirely. We are the ones that are suppose to bring the change ourselves. We all carry that same piece of energy source. We are it. We wanted to challenge ourselves, to engage in many different kinds of experiences that help us gain significant transformation. On the other-side, we already know everything there is to know: Everything about this universe (all details of our lives are recorded to review & re-live), everything about other lifeforms in this universe and beyond this universe (we all experience living as different types of lifeforms, not just as humans), all information about other realms and dimensions. Those are all basically manifested construct realities for us to have experiences. Because everything is recorded, ALL information about EVERYTHING is available to us effortlessly on the other-side, similar to a vast cloud-based computing system that you just instantly download information. We are all connected together and can know everything at once. But it's a very different thing to go through having the experience of something, rather than simply containing "knowledge" about it.

      Actually, that should be. And not just for America. That it is such disarray in the overall system running the states to where many more Americans are losing.. versus thriving, is the point. The American dream shouldn't be for anyone to have to resort to living in/out of their vehicle unless it is for roadtripping or leisure. It's obviously nightmarish to continue to make attempts at gaining/maintaining a good quality of life and continued reroutes and detours ( whether by government/political agendas and/or big companies). Still, here some of us are. Still with the true American dream despite. Making the best of our situation as best as some are able.

      The thing is... Now a lot of people would be happy for an opportunity to work to eat, pay bills and have a shelter. 😢😢😢
      I'm close to being immobile, in the middle of nowhere (third world country) where average paycheck is 300-400 bucks, but 1 room apartment around 25 m2 costs 50.000 bucks ((( Bank interests for mortgage is around 15-18% and prepayment around 20-30% of apartment costs is obligatory.
      I'm scared to death 😢😢😢. One thing that makes me little bit calmer is... Thanks to God, I don't have children to take care of. Otherwise we would just die.

    Bro you are awesome!! I've lived in a little pup tent in a campground while building myself a sailboat in Holland to save money. Once I finished my boat I moved on and it was like living at the RITZ!! I then sailed it around Europe and down to Africa where I sold it and came home to New Zealand and built a new one ( took me 9 months full time) after roughing it again moving onto my new sailboat was once again heaven. Now after many years My wife and daughter have a home which we build after roughing it again in a caravan for 3 years. I guess what I learnt is that life can be a great adventure and even though I have settled down now I'm forever great full to have some unbelievable experiences while not being tied up in the rat race . Maybe it's time to throw caution to the wind and travel to somewhere different and grab those life enriching experiences. 😬😬 All it takes is a slightly reckless attitude and WHAM!!
