Great videos, really enjoying them. Why is slowly not good in coming up/rolling down?
Hi there. Glad you are enjoying our videos :) There is no problem at all with rolling down and up slowly and we often do it in the classes. In fact - rolling down VERY slowly can be super challenging (you can see examples of that on my IG page) In this particular class I asked them to roll up/down on 3 counts to maintain flow and rhythm. Hi Meena. Sorry for late reply. In the shoulder bridge you have to make sure you lift your hips with your leg muscles and not push your lower back up. If you feel any strain in the back try drawing the ribs gently "into your body" and check again that you lift the pelvis not the back, Hope this helps. Amit
