I really enjoyed doing the class, although it was a bit quick for me at times. I am a beginner. Maybe I should go back to the beginning and then work from there, but I really wanted to try out the resistance bands.

im enjoying theses videos as it uses equipment i have at home, but they are a little fast and i find it hard to keep up, trying to get in position and do the breathing in time

apart from the double voice over ! - this is brilliant, I find that people are very cluncky with bands and they overstretch them and brake them which is very frustrating for me! The mermaid with the band - most people would break the band!! Great workout in my view. thankyou!

I do have a few questions though- I really need to work on strengthening my upper body and arms. Could you suggest what other videos I could use? Perhaps something good for an overall workout?

Hehehe... Yes. All of these workouts are much more difficult than they look. Especially when you do the form properly. Please always seek the best instruction and teacher that you can afford. Some teachers only have a weekend certification while all of our teachers take around 1 year to get their first certification through our company. Remember, it's all about the proper form. What is this type of resistance bands called?
Hii... Can I do these exercises as I have an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti.

very very EASY pilates class. Also not enough reps to feel any kind of burn..

Be careful!! very hard exercises for those having back and neck problems.

you can stop using the strap and see if you can still do the exercises, they should be harder, roll up, roll down
