    These exercises are simply great! I had a major pain in my hip and after these exercises (3 sets today) I feel so much better! 😲 Wow, thank you! I wish I could find more of this type (hip extension etc) 🙃🙂

    Thank you for explaining so well how to strengthen all those muscles that support the hips.
    I have suffered with hip pain. I think comes from my SI joint. But I have been doing similar band strengthening. I hope this will ease my pain.

    any one have a good recommendation on quality bands to use? I bought the SKLZ mini band set and one snapped after 4 uses. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks

    Can you please recommend a loop band to buy? There is quite a selection out there, and I'd like to get one that isn't too loose or which doesn't stretch enough when you do that whole exercise with your leg? Perhaps recommend a brand and a size? Thank you very much for this video

      I got a 3 band kit from Target for $12. Came with some exercise sugestions and a nice carry bag. They work great. Any band wears out after awhile.

    I am concerned about doing these exercises with my pelvic bones being unequal. One is more open and the other is more closed. It's a thing from birth and is hereditary in my family. Do you think it will be safe?
