My daughter she’s 15 and a. Great cook in a effort to help me get more vegetables in our diet she made ratatouille. She served it on fresh French bread slices and it was so good.

An ostrichey egg lol I loved this video but I also loved your speaking. Literally had an air fryer years ago and didn't even use it and thought they were rubbish as no one really used them. Suddenly I don't know if it's me and I just haven't noticed until now but everybody seems to be raving about them and buying them, both here in Germany and in the UK they seem to be selling like crazy. Well, not one to be out of the crowd very long, I decided to buy a Cosori, Smart 5.5 L, XXL one and it looks great with amazing reviews, haven't even used it because it's not even here yet! Until it arrives I am spending all my time looking at awesome videos like this and getting ready to make dishes like this as they look yummy!!! Cant wait for it to finally get here!

I find it funny, I was planning on making ratatouille for my vegetarian friend but couldn’t think what to put in it. How long would you put it in an oven for? I don’t have an air fryer 🥲
The way I make mine is to cube the eggplant (I also peel mine), zucchini and a sweet onion, sauté them all in olive oil until the eggplant is very soft. I deglaze the pan with a little red wine, let the alcohol cook out, add some garlic, a drizzle of Worcestershire sauce and cook for a couple more minutes. I then add one 15 oz can of diced tomatoes, one 15 oz can of tomato sauce, two bay leaves and some dried thyme. Mix well, cover, lower heat and let simmer for 30-40 min. Sometimes I also add sliced mushrooms to cook with the veg in the first sauté. When it is done, remove the bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste and serve with crusty garlic bread. The kind of ratatouille he made is not actually a true ratatouille anyway. The actual ratatouille is more like a stew, similar to what I make. Recently I made mine like I usually do, but instead of the tomato sauce I added a jar of Newman’s Own Sockarooni sauce. It has sweet peppers in it so made the dish more like a real ratatouille. My family loved it so much they want me to make it this way from now on, lol
Tried the egg toast yesterday! I didnt realize our eggs were much bigger than the sandwhich so it kinda overflowed when i poured it all inside the wall. I tried putting the whites back but it just didnt have any space so I kinda just cooked it as it is and it still tasted good! On my second try I put the yolk first and then slowly put 1 spoon of white in it. It looked way better than the first one!

Suddenly I don't know if it's me and I just haven't noticed until now but everybody seems to be raving about them and buying them, both here in Germany and in the UK they seem to be selling like crazy. Well, not one to be out of the crowd very long, I decided to buy a Cosori, Smart 5.5 L, XXL one and it looks great with amazing reviews, haven't even used it because it's not even here yet! Until it arrives I am spending all my time looking at awesome videos like this and getting ready to make dishes like this as they look yummy!!! Cant wait for it to finally get here!

I find it funny, I was planning on making ratatouille for my vegetarian friend but couldn’t think what to put in it. How long would you put it in an oven for? I don’t have an air fryer 🥲

The way I make mine is to cube the eggplant (I also peel mine), zucchini and a sweet onion, sauté them all in olive oil until the eggplant is very soft. I deglaze the pan with a little red wine, let the alcohol cook out, add some garlic, a drizzle of Worcestershire sauce and cook for a couple more minutes. I then add one 15 oz can of diced tomatoes, one 15 oz can of tomato sauce, two bay leaves and some dried thyme. Mix well, cover, lower heat and let simmer for 30-40 min. Sometimes I also add sliced mushrooms to cook with the veg in the first sauté. When it is done, remove the bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste and serve with crusty garlic bread. The kind of ratatouille he made is not actually a true ratatouille anyway. The actual ratatouille is more like a stew, similar to what I make. Recently I made mine like I usually do, but instead of the tomato sauce I added a jar of Newman’s Own Sockarooni sauce. It has sweet peppers in it so made the dish more like a real ratatouille. My family loved it so much they want me to make it this way from now on, lol

Tried the egg toast yesterday! I didnt realize our eggs were much bigger than the sandwhich so it kinda overflowed when i poured it all inside the wall. I tried putting the whites back but it just didnt have any space so I kinda just cooked it as it is and it still tasted good!
On my second try I put the yolk first and then slowly put 1 spoon of white in it. It looked way better than the first one!
