- I was without my air fryer for over a month and I MISSED it! I didn't realize how much I used it until it was gone. If you weren't aware, Cosori did a voluntary recall of many of their air fryers and were kind enough to send a new one in it's place. The only problem was....it took it a month and a half to arrive. But it's here now and I thought I'd break it in trying several new recipes with y'all!

My opinion, mix the chives in the cream cheese mixture then put in a small zip bag, snip the tip and squeeze into the shrooms. Then all the filling will fill it then coat w the cheese. Love y'all so much
Or use the onion and chive flavored cream cheese.

I agree with Bridget. Mix the chives with the cream cheese and you won’t have the cheese/ chive conundrum.

You must use the stems in the mushrooms next time. And if you added breakfast sausage as well, they would be over the top delicious. Everything else looked like perfection. 😊
On the stuffed mushrooms. Try using the Herbs and Savory Stove Top Stuffing and use that to stuff the mushrooms. It's great!

I used frozen spinach artichoke dip I cooked it in the microwave Until done then stuffed it in the mushrooms, cook them then I added mozzarella cheese on top, cooked them some more …..easy and delicious if you like spinach and artichokes..

I do not have an air fryer but love to see the recipes and you and Steven together in the kitchen.
Love the two of you doing the taste tests. Next time, you can chop the stems and add it, along with the chives, in the mix before you fill the mushrooms. You can also throw in any leftover sausage...YUM!

Needed some ideas for the air fryer and these all look delicious! Thank you!
Mandy, use a cake decorator to stuff the mushrooms. A little more cleanup, but nowhere near as messy. Also try gently (not crispy) frying some Italian sausage (amount depends on taste) and adding it to your mixture before you stuff them. Also try different cheeses. Shredded Jalapeno mixture gives it a pop.

You can add some bacon bits to the mixture for the stuffed mushrooms. Recipes look great!
Kate another idea for bacon: wrap mushroom s in bacon after filling with cream cheese! 😋

OMGOODNESS Mandy, I just made the air fry wings, and zucchini. All I can say is soooooo Delicious. I didn't use alot of cayenne pepper but the brown sugar eith it, so Good. Lots more to try from you. BLESSINGS. 😊

Mandy, I’m a newbie here as I just “found” you on UA-cam. I am thrilled with the delicious, non complicated meals you make. I had a ninja air fryer like you had … it was ok, but seemed cramped, so yesterday bought a Cosori air fryer like yours and made the chicken sausage and veggies today. My goodness but that was good!! After reading the Cosori book and looking at your website I have so many more things to try. My husband is my helper in the kitchen, and I sure appreciate his help. BTW, we’re retired and live/travel full time in our motor home, our home base being Sevierville, TN.
Keep those videos coming … you and your common tater are a hoot together!

Yes, to the cinnamon! It just adds a level of flavor; sweetness, but not in a cinnamon roll way. 😊 It’s just “somethin’ somethin’”, like in Cincinnati style chili, which we love! Gonna have a snack night or game day with the zucchini, mushrooms, and wings. Thanks Mandy!

These recipes looks super yummy. So glad you got your replacement Cosori. I am still waiting, I put in the paperwork the day after the recall notice. I called them yesterday and they said another 4-6 weeks. I miss my AF, cant wait to try these recipes when it does finally get here. I use parchment paper in the bottom of mine, really helps with the clean up. You 2 are so cute filming these videos together ♥

My Cosori air fryer was recalled as well. It took 2 weeks to get my replacement, so much faster than you guys. I use my air fryer just about every day so it was a long 2 weeks. I love your recipes and you are so fun to watch!!! Thank you!!

I resisted getting an air fryer, but finally got one. I love it, and probably use it everyday. Thank you so much for these recipes. I love zucchini, so I am going to do both of those dishes. Also the wings as I have not tried those in an air fryer yet. My favourite of all is corn on the cob. It gets so "chard" and crispy!
I’ve never made stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer but definitely going to try. I always add fresh spinach and green onions finely chopped with cream cheese, garlic powder and a little Parmesan cheese then top with mozzarella cheese!! These are my favorite!!!
Just made zucchini and summer squash in the air fryer. YUM! I used nature's seasoning instead of salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning instead of basil/oregano. Oh my goodness, thank you for sharing!

I make the stuffed mushrooms similar but add parmesan cheese inside, and onion powder. Also add some Parmesan on top. My Husband loves them soo much.

Hey, Mandy, I make stuffed mushrooms too but I take the ends that you pull out and chop them up real fine . I add them to cream cheese, diced bacon pieces, melted butter and sautéed diced onion. Stuff and bake in oven or air fryer. Yum.
I am definitely trying the stuffed mushrooms. They looked so good! I have made those wings before that I saw on an earlier video you did and they are awesome. We've done them several times, actually. That Ninja Air Fryer is the one I have and I love it! I also found on Amazon some liners for the air fryer basket that leaves much less mess especially when using brown sugar.
My Cosori was also recalled. I just received my new one on July 5th, since March! I missed it so much! BTW, I love watching your videos

When I learned of the recall, I immediately ran in and checked my fryer, luckily it was not on the list. I was relieved, but thankful that the company was responsible in recalling their product. I know you are glad to have it back.

Love all these recipes, Mandy! Add the cinnamon to the wings, you’d be surprised how great it goes! I thought it sounded strange too, but We made a similar recipe last weekend and it was the best wings I’ve ever made 😋🤤

I made the stuffed mushrooms tonight to go with dinner. They were SO good ! I used some Greek plain yogurt (because it's thick) instead of the cream cheese. I will definitely make them again. So delicious !

I like the dry rub method for the wings too I always do wet, spices and red hot and butter but I’d try a dry method if I had any wings left, we ate them all on Sunday
Those stuffed mushrooms have me drooling lol. I can picture a mild goat cheese in place of the cream cheese and freshly shredded Parmesan cheese over the top! The air fryer is my favorite device to use and I even created a new playlist for air fryer recipes. Your video is the first one to be saved in there! Liked and subscribed.❤
On your mushrooms if you turn them upside down and cook them for a few minutes it will take a lot of the moisture out of them. Then turn them over, stuff them and bake them. Also try studying them with stove top stuffing, chop the mushroom stems, and crab meat mixed together. Top them with provolone cheese before baking.
Steven you might as well admit that you don't hate cream cheese anymore. Lol

I always do my stuffed mushrooms with spinach, imitation crab and just a little cream cheese to bind the mixture together. They’re best with actual crab meat but it’s so expensive these days especially and the imitation crab works well in the mushrooms!
Made the stuff mushrooms for a happy hour at the neighbors and they were a bug it. Gone in minutes. Love my air fryer and all your recipes.
