My first air fryer arrived at 1pm, I unpacked and washed it, by 2pm I had a belly pork joint in the Cosari, with Cathy's help it cooked perfectly and is the juiciest cut of meat I've ever had. Thank you Cathy, your tips and hints have given me a great start to a new world of cooking.
These were actually really helpful! I kept trying to skip ahead thinking it would save me time but I had to go back because I missed information; she's one of those people that don't waste your time & I'm grateful.
I am new to cooking UA-cam videos. Have not been impressed with most of the channels, but just subscribed to this one. She is very quick and to the point. Of the few videos I have watched so far, she has not wasted my time with a bunch of nonsense, and I appreciate that. I have probably tried about 6 channels and this is the only cooking/home channel I am currently following.
And she nailed it with high-value content efficiently and pleasantly and naturally presented. Not a bunch of chitchat flailing around like those recipes that turn into long boring blog posts or videos that are 50% personal filler.
Yes thank you! Mom in law gave a gently used one to me, without the manual. So I had NO clue how to use it. Between looking a video instruction guide from the website and this, I feel ready to try it.
As a professor in medicine, I must admit that so many high-ranked professors and academics will never beat your quality of teaching, guiding, and explaining your content not only in a simple language but in a skillful and professional manner. Your comment re. higher smoke point oil is priceless. Well done, Big fan from South Africa
Maybe because compared to medicine what she's explaining is very simple 🤦♂️. You think because she teaches about air fryers she beats out college professors? 😂
I have one thing to say THANK YOU lord knows you are a blessing to me because I only use my twice and it wasn't good but now that I have you helping me I think i,ll be using it more often 😇👍🏿💪🏿🙏🏿
Love these tips. I have used my air fryer every day for a year. Sometimes twice a day... I use the gourmia 6 quart. The coating is still fine... But your tip ( don't buy cheap ones) is more accurate than people would like to believe. I cheaped out on my first air fryer and it pushed me away from using one. I was gifted this gormia and my life has changed 😅 just a quick tip of anyone is looking to get the gormia. It goes to 400f max.
I'm new to air frying and while doing my research, I find your clips at the top of helpful hints and recipes. Thanks for taking the time, your vids are clear, concise and pleasant to watch.
it's always about research for items like this. Too many make the mistake of getting ones with tons of options with large capacity. When they only use a few of them and don't cook as much. Get what you need it for and not because of the bells and whistles it comes with.
Thank you I bought a ninja foodi Grill. I live alone and got tired of the cheap oven in my apartment. New subscriber because you're bright and friendly.
@@empoweredcooks hello there thank you for all the info. I had one question honestly are air fryers suppose to throw white smoke. I ask because I have a good air fryer a Phillips one and it wasn’t cheap but it throws white smoke every time I use it and lots of it. For wings or or anything I put it in.
@@realvaquero1682 great question... it seems to be the curse of the Philips mingled with fatty food! My philips does the same thing, while my Cosori doesn't. I started putting bread underneath the basket (like in between the pan and the basket) and it helps absorb the grease and minimizes smoke. However, if it's doing white smoke for non greasy/fatty foods, then it could be due to residue in the air fryer from old food? Not sure how often you clean your air fryer, but it might be worth checking the burner. Here are some tips on cleaning your air fryer: ua-cam.com/video/0e_9qxFWI18/v-deo.html
You are AMAZING! Easy to listen to, very helpful, and overall knowledgeable. I bought the Cosori 4 qt. Coming in two days. I bought your cookbook, book tongs, meat temperature reader, and a few other items. Now eager to start cooking! PS LOVE you recipes for 1-2 people!!
I went with an Air Fryer oven and it was the best thing. Also thanks for the oil tip. I was about to buy the aerosol version when I watched one of your videos. 🙌🏼
@@1942snake Mine was smoking so bad, even when I just preheated it. I think it’s because I kept putting oil in it for foods that would make its own oil. For example, burgers, and bacon. I thought it would catch fire so much smoke it had I was scared lol.
Our first airfryer was a cheap $30 one that lasted for 3 years and we only upgraded so we could get a larger one with more options. Both are Gourmia brand. Sometimes cheap isn’t always bad.
I bought a 6 quart Gourmia for $59. Used it today for the first time. I didn't oil the fries and used the pre-set cook time which was 400⁰ and 20 minute cook time. I need to decrease the the time a few minutes.
We just opened our new Gourmia.. Never air fried before.. Burnt our first batch of buffalo chicken bites but our second attempt turned out MUCH better after less time. I'd like to try to make chorizo and eggs with it but it creates so much grease.. any hints as to how to deal with all the grease some foods make? Thanks!
Great video. I just got my instant vortex air fryer today from Amazon. I found out from one instructional video that when you first get your air fryer, you will need to clean out the factory chemicals by putting it on approximately 400° for about 25 minutes. This is great for getting all of the factory smells out. Since I have never used an air fryer before, this is a great video to get started with. Tonight I have a couple of frozen vegetable burgers that I will be putting in the air fryer and hopefully experimenting to find out what the best temperature is to cook them on without burning them up. I don’t mind a little bit crispy, but I have no teeth and use dentures. I like food well done, but not so crispy that you have to cut it with a very sharp steak knife. Thanks again for an awesome video and I will be cooking for vegetarian corn dogs from MorningStar. I am curious to find out how they taste in the air fryer. I am as hungry as a horse tonight. I am even more hungry now than before because I saw some great recipes on here with an air fryer. I’m getting started, so great video and keep the videos coming.
I have just got the same one and it doesn't smell of chemicals AT ALL! I followed Cathy's instructions and have used it twice. My goodness, bacon in the air fryer is MMMMmmmmn!
Great Info for this widower new to the kitchen. Bought an AF from Best Buy with shelves rather than a basket and so far I am pleased with results. Did NOT KNOW I could use foil or other oven friendly containers. THANK YOU for all the links!👍
Thank you so much. I just bought an air fryer with our Target gift card from our wedding and making pot stickers for my wife. The pizza/ fries left over option you just mentioned made me smile. Thank you for all the time and effort you've taken with this. Incredibly helpful!
I have a Cosori air fryer and I love it. You can even control it in your iPhone! I was afraid I wouldn’t get a lot of use out of it but it is the BEST appliance I ‘ve ever purchased. It saves time and in the summer I can cook in it without heating up my kitchen. There is no downside to using a good air fryer. I love these videos because she is helping me get more out of my air fryer with all of her helpful hints. I look forward to more recipes. Thanks !
I have just purchased my first air fryer, the Cosori 5.5L and you have become my go-to for air fryer know-how. You are by far the best among all the many youtube videos available, keep up the excellent work and thank you so much.
I agree. This was a lot of information to fit into 10 1/2 minutes, but while it was fast paced I didn't feel like I was missing anything. And I really appreciate learning the "why" behind each "don't." I feel more confident about trying different things in my new air fryer now.
I'm so glad I found you. As is my way I prefer to be well versed before beginning (I'm very late to air frying but finally found my dream machine, IP's 6 qt with an air filter) Was shocked to learn there were no general teachers I needed until YOU. Thanks very much.
Very great info. I learned I can bake and use foil, and putting water in the bottom when I’m cooking something fatty in to cook and I liked the info on spraying with oil that is not from a spray can. I never thought of those extra ingredients in the aerosol spray cans. Thanks! C
So glad you mentioned what pots/trays/bowls can go in AF. My oven died the death a couple of months ago. Been living on sandwiches (literally) since, til I got air fryer last week. I had no idea what to put in it apart from the tray it comes with so it's been useless. Went online to Cosori FB, asked how to heat a vegan chicken pie and some of the people were vile. "Did your normal cooker come with cooking instructions?" No, but pkts tell you how to cook in a normal cooker!
Goodness. You are seriously the air fryer guru! Thank you so much. Everyone should be required to watch this before using their air fryer for the first time. I'm sure glad I did :)
Newbie air fryer user here today I’m getting the Corsori 4 qt fryer after watching your educational videos. Thanks for doing your videos I’ve been learning a lot.
I've been intrigued by air fryers for a few months as I've been getting my kitchen in order. I ended up recently getting one. I tried fries first and couldn't believe how great they were. I realized that I wasn't truly living my best life, pre-air fryer. *lol*
I was totally lost with the concept of Air Frying but your video was Really informative, answered a lot of questions I never thought of. Great presentaion, straight forward and so greatful for all your tips. With My Thanks
I had a cheap air fryer that broke, and I'm looking to buy a new one. This video was gold!! I decided on what to buy because of it. And also learned tons of ways to take care of it better and make my food better. Amazing!!
Just a quick tip I noticed that you are using purchased parchment paper for lining your air fryer I buy large roll of parchment paper at the dollar store and cut it to size and use a hole punch to punch holes in it works fabulous and saves you a ton of money
Parchment paper is made for cooking in the oven or your air fryer it can withstand high heat it is not coated with wax. You cannot cook on wax paper. I hope this helps it's not that great an explanation for more information you might try Googling it. Happy cooking.
Thank you so much for all those helpful hints! FYI bacon grease - pour onto oatmeal and feed to the birds - I even added some peanut butter also - they love it.
Great video. I learned a lot. I ordered an Air Fryer today. For me this is a big step as for most of my life I ate out. In the last couple of years I have started cooking for myself and it's been a great journey. Now that I am retired I have the time to learn even more. Thanks again for the video...:)
Great timing! I just got an air fryer and I'm still figuring it out. Looking forward to learning from your tips to avoid common mistakes. Thanks for sharing!
Hey! Grapeseed oil! Also, a lot of spray bottles nowadays have basically a bag full of the oil inside the bottle, separate from the propellant, or use pressurised air, but HANDS DOWN a refillable oil sprayer is the way to go. Thanks for all the help!
Grapeseed oil is extracted from grape seeds, a byproduct of winemaking. This process usually involves various chemicals, including the toxic solvent hexane.
Yes! Crucial Point Echoed: Use an oil spritzer, NOT spray can oils from the store. Adding your own oil to an oil spritzer will not degrade the coating, which is the #1 complaint of dissatisfied customers. (I read a ton of reviews over a year’s time to really figure out which one I really wanted.) One reviewer worked in chemical manufacturing and knew the chemicals added to the spray can oils. He said it causes the coating on the air fryers to disintegrate. He showed the air fryer he had for two years and there were no chips or peels. I don’t know why the companies do not print this in all caps or have it in their instruction manuals (they have probably determined that the majority will purchase parts or a new air fryer after learning this rather than give up on air fryers. Grr.), but they should. This lady really knows her stuff! The Oil Smoke Points is the other piece of knowledge that anyone cooking at all really needs to know. Different oils smoke at different temperatures. If you cook at a temperature higher than an oil’s smoke point: -you will lose any nutrients you wanted from the oil (ex. Extra Virgin Olive Oil smokes at Medium, around or just above 350. For this reason, I roast my veggies longer, at 325.). -you may end up with scorched food, pans, or fire. Oils with a high smoke point that can be used to cook on High include: Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil (which are imo healthy options), Peanut, Canola.
@@empoweredcooks You actually covered 99% of what I detailed. Thank you for being gracious about it. I just thought that spritzer key was critical enough to reiterate in writing. I am really impressed with your prowess and knowledge of the air fryer. Mine is similar to the budget one you like, a 4.2 Quart, square not round. You are awesome and so practically helpful. Air Fryers are awesome, but it helps so much to have someone demonstrating and explaining. Keep up the fabulous work! (P.S. I just divided a tropical cake recipe in half and cooked half in teh oven and half in the air fryer, in small rectangle pyrex, around 5x7". The one in the air fryer had that melty buttery crisp golden edge and was finely textured, as if from a fine bakery. The oven one came out denser. My sister liked the air fryer cake better.)
@@empoweredcooks So even if I see a spray can that says, "100% avocado oil and no propellants" I can't trust it? It says it uses an internal pouch system.
Brilliant I needed this as I just bought an air fryer and the booklet that comes with it does not state these tips. I shall be watching more of your cooking videos. You explain so well and clearly.
First time purchasing my air fryer and I'm glad I found your channel and joined too. This video is soooooo helpful for first timers like myself, I'm also proud of myself that I did my research and finally got the 5.8 xl cosori which has the shake reminders. Looking forward to unbox and start using. Thank you soooooo much for the tips 😊 🥰
Great tips! I'm so glad u mentioned wax paper being a no-no. It looks so much like parchment (which isn't available in Philippines) and was about to use it. (You just prevented a fire, lady. You rock!)
I am new to using an Air Fryer and absolutely loving it. Had the smaller one that can't take a whole chicken, so now bought a Milex 23l with rotisery. I found this post while searching for how to operate the rotisery part as I can't seem to get it right or in the instruction manual or just overlooking it. Thank you so much for sharing these tips.
I've just brought a shelf air fryer and this is very helpful. Was a bit scared to use it but cooked kumura fries and they nearly burnt because it was so quick. Leasson learned. Watching your tutorials have been very helpful for this newbie.
Best vid I've watched out of three !! Show the in and outs of how to use it. Also noted and this is important to me, was the (beneficial) difference of square cooking pan vs round.
I just bought my Airfryer, it takes long for me to decide to buy or not. I can't decide which brand, i end up with Tefal brand which is a good one. I love how you explain very detailed. New subscriber here from Switzerland. ☺️
You earned a subscription for me halfway through your video. That’s not really an easy thing to accomplish, but I’m really excited to start using my air fryer. Thank you so much
My best friend in the world purchased me and my boyfriend an air fryer recently as a “just because” gift (the “because” is because she’s wonderful) and I could not appreciate this video more! Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks for this primer on air fryers. I am in the market for one and this video gave me a good idea of which fryers to strike off my list, and I will definitely be checking out your recipes and suggestions in the future. Great work.
I have heard some consumers say that when they bought their air fryer it has a smell of plastic. What would you recommend to get rid of the smell? By the way your video contains very excellent info on the care and use of an air fryer which promotes longevity. Way to go!
Hi Joan! Get a bowl of 1 part water, 1 part vinegar and add in a little lemon juice. Set it in your air fryer and run it as hot as it will go for 5-10 minutes. Repeat if needed!
Thank you for showing this. I didn't think I needed it but I DID. lol. I bought my mom an airfryer last christmas and she used it ONCE. Chicken wings and when the house got smoky she put it away and never used it again. The tip about the water is brilliant and I am going to force her to use it again. My husband bought me one this christmas so can't wait to try it. Thanks/
We just bought one, I was around in search of good suggestions and I have found your video. Some of the suggestions may sound obvious but it is so good to find them confirmed, everything was described in such a simple and clear way that I loved. Grazie da Bologna! I’ll have for sure a look to the other ones.
Hi ... I am in the Uk and your videos have been a wonderful help and inspiration. I love cooking and do miss my oven I must admit, but with energy prices so high in the UK, I cannot afford to put it on, but I have a very small air fryer at the moment and I must admit I am very impressed. Thank you for your much needed help and advice and helping me to make the most of my air fryer :)
hi.. I'm in the UK and just bought an air fryer.. I'm sure I'll be turning to your channel for many of your tips, advice & recipes. thanks for your posts, I can already see they are going to save me a lot of rookie errors and heartache 🙂
When my son bought an inexpensive air fryer with just two knobs, one for heat control and one that was an old fashioned mechanical timer I was skeptical. It is easy to clean (not that he ever does) and has performed well beyond my expectations. It isn't perfect for everything but it is worth it just for warming up three day old pizza slices. The brand name of it is Bella. I have no idea if this is the best one for the money, I just know that we have been satisfied with it. I am sure there are better ones available at a reasonable cost so go do your own research.
Ours is also an old fashioned one with knobs :) it's a bit primitive compared to others, but it's an 8l one and it was half the price. Does peform the same job
I'm going to guess that you can go on UA-cam and just type in the different dishes and recipes and you'll come up with probably more than you could ever do in your lifetime. It's amazing what you can find on UA-cam that you didn't even know you needed information about. Which is kind of fun.
This young lady knows her shit. So many points she touches on that are not common knowledge in 95% of air fryer videos on UA-cam. You nailed this girlfriend!
All the other tips I was like "yep, got that already". HOW HAD I NOT THOUGHT OF THIS?!?! I love doing little 1 or 2 person roasts and the smoking / fat can be an issue. This should solve it!
if you are trying to fry things, the temperature probably goes over 100degress, won't the water boil and evaporate? Wouldn't you be ending up steaming the food?
I haven’t even opened mine so I am really happy to find this video and your others. Of course like a lot of you I want to eat healthier after the holidays, so healthy recipes will really help. Thanks!
@@empoweredcooks i can't tell you how many people that i bragg about my airfyer that say i have one , but it's still in the box. what's wrong with people ???
If you use the parchment liners she mentioned, which I do, make sure you remember to remove it before you preheat the next time. I forgot and the paper will fly up into the elements and burn. Voice of experience here
I just ordered my first Air Fryer ever. Its a 6qt model. I went with a quite simple one with manual dials for time and temperature because of how great the reviews were compared to the automatic touch screen ones. It's in the same price range as your Cosori. I'm just so excited for when it gets delivered, which should be the day after tomorrow! Thanks for these very informative videos!
@@empoweredcooks I've used it for a week now and I'm absolutely in love with it. The first one that came was defective and I had to send it back but the new one is amazing.
@@pharaohsmagician8329 I wish I got a smaller one. I think a 4 quarts one would be enough for me honestly. They don't tell you that but it actually takes some time to heat up. The manual says 3 minutes but it's more like 5-6 minutes before it comes up to full temp (200C). I made few batches of fries and they always turned out amazing. I've tried some chicken wings and it worked great. I'm still in the process of testing different recipes but so far so good. I tend to set the temperature 20 degrees lower than the recipe calls and add a few minutes to the baking time and that really improved the performance. Things don't burn so easily and actually have time to bake rather than just get charred on the outside. It takes some practice at first.
Thank you so much. You are my Zen in this crazy world, truly. What an outstanding instructor you are. You make everything so clear and easy. Your children are very lucky to have you as their Mother as I believe this would carry over in your parenting skills. And you made me buy an air fryer! 😊 My ONLY addition to this 'mistake' video would be is make sure your air fryer has a 'shake' button. The one I purchased does not have one but I still love it. Just a bother to have to add/remember to set a timer. Thank you again. You are a joy.
After reading the reviews of some popular air fryers I noticed that many of them don't use proper stainless steal baskets and trays they seem to be lighter metals coated.. some reviews have reported rusting after a few months of use because they left the basket and trays to soak in water overnight. A top tip is not using abrasive cleaning and getting these washed and dried as soon as possible and not leaving sitting in water.
We're looking to buy an air fryer, loved your tips and tricks. You have given us a good insight in what to look for, and what not to do once we get one. A very professional video 😊 *****
Great air fryer tips! Investing in a good quality air fryer is key, and overcrowding the basket is a common mistake. Love the reminder that oil matters, and using a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked proteins is a must.
Thank you for your helpful video. Just purchased an instant pot vortex air fryer and am excited to used it, bat a little nervous also. Is it safe to assume recipes are interchangeable between air fryers? Looking forward to more recipe ideas.
Congrats! And yes... they might vary slightly, so keep an eye on it the first several times to see if the temp/timing works... the more you use it, the more you'll just "know" how to modify to make it work for your air fryer!
She says this, and I totally agree: it’s really important to get a bigger one. Minimum of 6 quart capacity. Otherwise you can only make small batches of food. A bigger one is only $20 to $30 more. Great video! Thanks !
I have the Cosori air fryer that Kathy has. I chose it because I wanted a square basket that would be a bigger space for food. Like she said it's important not to overload the basket. Things like chicken wings take a lot of space. With a square basket you can fit a lot of wings if you space them carefully.
Just bought a Ninja air fryer and made my husband sit down and watch this with me so that we're on the same page! Very informative, I'll look forward to your receipes and more tips! Thank you!
Thank you for the helpful video! Question- if using ramekins or a small pan in the air fryer, would it be better to place them on the slotted insert or remove the insert and place directly onto the bittom of the basket?
I just purchased an air fryer but mine looks a lot like a toaster oven and will fit a 12" pizza.(Gourmia brand) I didn't know about other air fryers on the market but I liked the size of this one, it cost a little over $100 but I can do so much with it besides just air frying so glad I got it. but still learning how to cook with it.

I've already made mistake no.1 by buying a cheap air fryer before seeing this video 😂 I've not had it long enough to make any of the other mistakes (only used it once so far) happy with it though. I'll definitely take note of your other tips though. Thanks for posting this 🙂
I have another video where I show what I do and don't like about the 3 air fryers I own. It's from just a couple of weeks ago and should be even more helpful! ❤️
Hello 👋 i hope you're safe over there? I hope this year brings happiness prosperity love and peace 💞❤️🕊️all over the world 🙏🌍 I'm originally from Canada currently living in Key West Florida and you where are you from if i may ask?
I found some pretty handy tricks when it comes to airfryers if no one else has tried these yet. + You can control a bit how dry or moist you want your food to be just by pouring a little bit of water at the bottom of the containment. so if you want softer fries or bakes, this does the trick. NO oil necessary. + Just use a preferably heat resistant plate, in the containment as this will really reduce the frequency you need to clean the containment, my particular air fryer allows me to remove the whole thing for a quick wash, but this also helps a lot. + can also use a foil at the bottom of the containment for grilling, unlike microwaves where it would spark, and also easier to just swap out than having to clean the containment.
Good shit Kath. I see a lot of people that buy them then they get scared to use them cuz they think it's like a regular old deep fryer and it's going to make a big blow up mess of oil all over the kitchen. This is an excellent video and a super tutorial on people that really want to take that step and try it
Congrats on the new air fryer! Welcome to my channel! I have a video coming tomorrow with four recipes that are perfect for the new air fryer owner! :)

Thank you David Z!
it's always about research for items like this. Too many make the mistake of getting ones with tons of options with large capacity. When they only use a few of them and don't cook as much. Get what you need it for and not because of the bells and whistles it comes with.

Our first airfryer was a cheap $30 one that lasted for 3 years and we only upgraded so we could get a larger one with more options. Both are Gourmia brand. Sometimes cheap isn’t always bad.
We bought the same brand on sale
For $49 and it’s been good.
I bought a 6 quart Gourmia for $59. Used it today for the first time. I didn't oil the fries and used the pre-set cook time which was 400⁰ and 20 minute cook time. I need to decrease the the time a few minutes.

Yes! Crucial Point Echoed:
Use an oil spritzer, NOT spray can oils from the store. Adding your own oil to an oil spritzer will not degrade the coating, which is the #1 complaint of dissatisfied customers. (I read a ton of reviews over a year’s time to really figure out which one I really wanted.)
One reviewer worked in chemical manufacturing and knew the chemicals added to the spray can oils.
If you cook at a temperature higher than an oil’s smoke point:
-you will lose any nutrients you wanted from the oil (ex.
Thanks for sharing your insights!

Hello how're you doing today hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
After reading the reviews of some popular air fryers I noticed that many of them don't use proper stainless steal baskets and trays they seem to be lighter metals coated.. some reviews have reported rusting after a few months of use because they left the basket and trays to soak in water overnight. A top tip is not using abrasive cleaning and getting these washed and dried as soon as possible and not leaving sitting in water.

I have the same question!
I just got one yesterday, so after this will decrease my anxiety 😄
You're going to have so much fun with your air fryer! Check out my other videos for more meal ideas. :)
@@empoweredcooks my chef man air fryer won’t turn on what do I do
@@A.dinerooo oh bummer! I would contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot and see if it is under warranty still. :(
I just purchased an air fryer but mine looks a lot like a toaster oven and will fit a 12" pizza.(Gourmia brand) I didn't know about other air fryers on the market but I liked the size of this one, it cost a little over $100 but I can do so much with it besides just air frying so glad I got it. but still learning how to cook with it.
Herzlichen ❤Dank für die sachlich gut verständliche Erklärung, ich männlch 80 Jahre alt und habe auch eine Ninja gekauft.Nun bin ich auch begeistert von der neuen Koch-Idee.Danke!!
I've already made mistake no.1 by buying a cheap air fryer before seeing this video 😂 I've not had it long enough to make any of the other mistakes (only used it once so far) happy with it though. I'll definitely take note of your other tips though. Thanks for posting this 🙂
Loved this, thanks so much!! Just researching, considering getting one, this was very helpful
I have another video where I show what I do and don't like about the 3 air fryers I own. It's from just a couple of weeks ago and should be even more helpful! ❤️
Hello 👋 i hope you're safe over there? I hope this year brings happiness prosperity love and peace 💞❤️🕊️all over the world 🙏🌍
I'm originally from Canada currently living in Key West Florida and you where are you from if i may ask?
Thx for the tips!
Good shit Kath.
I see a lot of people that buy them then they get scared to use them cuz they think it's like a regular old deep fryer and it's going to make a big blow up mess of oil all over the kitchen.
This is an excellent video and a super tutorial on people that really want to take that step and try it
Thank you, this is the first really informative video I've seen about air frying. I just bought one today.
Congrats on the new air fryer! Welcome to my channel! I have a video coming tomorrow with four recipes that are perfect for the new air fryer owner! :)

Hello Judith
Cathy thank you for this! Have mine for 3 months and this is giving me much needed tips and tricks!! 🙏🏽
You are so welcome! :)
Hello Cathy. I just bought and received your 150 recipes...Very fine book. Also ( I think), downloaded your tips and Sunday recipes. You do such a fine job and I thank you!. A newbie with air fryer, I'm trying to learn. Made chicken, fries ( both a success) and hot dogs..utter failure which I'm sure it was my fault.
Thanks again for all you do
Detailed! Love the time stamps!
Thank you! Me too!
