    Sir please make a clear video on saturated fat , me and my friends are soo confused,coz some say if you reach limit - this will block artieris, as an punjabi i have a alot of saturated fats in my diet - milk,desi ghee,milk products,eggs,penuts,nuts , mostly studies say if you have 20000 calories diet you should consume saturated fats 20g to 30 grams but my daily intake is 50g ,sooo please make a video is saturated fats really harmful or should be not consider it harmful?

    I eat 3-4 desi eggs daily, smaller in size compared to poultry eggs and i burn around 500 calories per day while running 3 times a week. I feel my diet is healthy but sometimes my mother says I'm having more eggs than required.

      Go and watch the videos he made on chicken......once you clean and cook at high temperature.....so whatever the antibiotic or the hormone , if present, will be biologically destroyed.
      Even if in worst case, if there any traces of it in the chicken you consume.....then the quantity of it so low.....that it will not affect you.

    Also cholesterol in required for the synthesis of:
    Bile acids
    Steroid hormones
    Vit-D

    I have been an ardent follower of your videos and they are always engaging and worth the time. But what should one do when they have sciatica pain, lower back pain, extreme hair loss and and when did all the blood tests except for vitamin d3. I always feel less energetic and cannot concentrate. What can I do to overcome this? Need your advise.

    I amconsuming 10 whole eggs daily. Doing strength training 3days/week.
    Not taking any whey protein or any suppliments. I am getting good results.
    Even my lipid profile test is also helthier range.

    Sir when I used eat 4-5 yolks a day it gave a significant hit to my digestive system as it was producing a lot of heat and I could feel it as giving difficulty to my digestive tract digesting it
    But now I have constrained myself to 2 whole eggs and I can easily accomodate 6-7 eggs whites with it
    Pls add on and suggest how I can educate myself more on this topic

    Actually I want to know, most of the people and muscle gain purpose se dialy routine me eggs, chicken khato hai jo hormones dekar tayar hote hai. Usaka hamare normal people and bodybuilder pe short and long term me kya effect hoga.
    Same for whey protein. Whey protein to milk se banata hai. Lekin india me milk ki sell , production se jyada hai. To kya milk whey protein Actually nutritious rahega?
    Or abhi main protein source me hi milavat and hormones wale protein souce, in future bodybuilder and normal insan ke health pe kya effects karega?

    Dietary cholesterol does not affect your blood cholesterol because your liver makes 80% of cholesterol if you eat cholesterol from outside more then your liver componsate and balance cholesterol liver reduces production of cholesterol if you eat more cholesterol from outside it doesn't mean you can eat as much as you can there is recommendations eat according to recommendations

    Sir Maine apna whole body test Kara usme Mera sabkuch sahi thaa.i am healthy guy. Lekin jab mai eggs khata hu 1 or 2 toh morning me Mera latrin diarea type ka ho jata hai. Jab Mai egg khana band karta hu toh Mera latrin thik rahta hai.why

      You may be sensitive to eggs
      Either avoid or try a different form like omelet and take carbs along with it
      Agar fir bhi hota hai to avoid

      It might be because it is producing extra heat in your digestive tract
      I was also facing this issue when I used to eat 4-5 whole eggs a day and it gave a significant hit to my digestive system as it was producing a lot of heat
      But now I have constrained myself to 2 whole eggs and I can easily accomodate 6-7 eggs whites with it
      If I am wrong pls correct me
