Go and watch the videos he made on chicken......once you clean and cook at high temperature.....so whatever the antibiotic or the hormone , if present, will be biologically destroyed.
Even if in worst case, if there any traces of it in the chicken you consume.....then the quantity of it so low.....that it will not affect you.

Sir when I used eat 4-5 yolks a day it gave a significant hit to my digestive system as it was producing a lot of heat and I could feel it as giving difficulty to my digestive tract digesting it
But now I have constrained myself to 2 whole eggs and I can easily accomodate 6-7 eggs whites with it
