    I remember not being able to sleep normally because I have been extremely fat... But my life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

Literally just started learning how to cook chicken, salmon, and tuna on the stove; eat that every day once a day with a veggie, and you'll immeditaley start to see results. I have now lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks doing this. From 200 to 190. I'm also starting to use rings to work out.
      It gets even easier if you have an air fryer. You don't need to learn how to cook. Just buy the meat, season it, air fry it --> stop being so fat. Easy.

    So summary: take a multi vitamin & multi mineral vitamin, use coconut oil, drink 12 cup of cold water or more, throw in some chill peppers, use iodine sea salt, increase protein, decrease sugar and fats, and focus on muscle building exercise.

    • @megadeathx
      @megadeathx 4 роки тому +27

      he didn't actually say anything about decreasing sugar and fats. Which is weird because cutting sugar from my normal meals had single handedly the biggest impact on my calorie consumption. Not specifically because sugar is high in calories, but because auger makes me want to eat than I need to eat. Fat on the other hand, I can barely finish a single pound of meat in a day if it's "crappy" high fat meat. Throw some butter on it and I'm happier to eat it, but I still can't finish it without pushing it over the whole day.

      Skipping breakfast and lunch then eating a small portion, but nutritious dinner and no cheating snacks is how I lost 1 pound every 2 days. So 15 pounds a month. Just repeat this saying to your self. This hunger heals me, so its a good feeling not a bad one. After a while the hunger takes on a euphoric feeling because you know you are healing. There is a fine line between pleasure and pain. Pain becomes pleasure when it makes you stronger. Pleasure becomes pain when it makes you weaker.

    Great tips! Of course, the #1 thing is planned and structured diet, because the only way for your body to burn fat is to use it as energy. Basically, you need to eat below your energy maintenance level (in terms of calories) and your fat cells will be used to compensate the missing energy (calories). That's how your body works. There are other things to consider as well, such as hormonal status, diseases... but caloric deficit is a must. You have a lot of online diet planners and calculators: dietarize for example (I am not an affiliate 😁). Losing/gaining weight is just a simple math, really...

    • @clrr8400
      @clrr8400 3 роки тому

      Yup 100% agree!! Caloric deficit and workout to bump up your metabolism to have your body burn fat.
      There are some people out there who just don't want to put the work in or aren't disciplined enough.
      It's too bad they want to find quick fixes, instead of actually changing your lifestyle to be physically active, eat to norioush your mind/body to function the best.
      Processed foods, deep friend crap, too much sugar and being sedentary, equals fat/obesity. Not good for your organs and life longevity.

    Great video but just a quick note.
    If you have digestion problems, drinking cold water might not be the best option for you because it contracts blood vessels around your stomach and intestines. It also lowers enzyme secretion, which actually slows your metabolism.

    Hi Gravity Transformation. I started following some of your tips late last year, and I have lost 15% of my body weight. I met and exceeded my 12-month goal in just two months. Thank you!

    I grow Ghost peppers and Carolina reapers, make my own hot sauce and hot powder, I add other natural ingredients to make both more enjoyable as far as flavor but yet still maintain the massive heat they produce ... I am currently trying to grow pepper X to increase the capsaicin amount I currently produce ...
