This video is so correct . I regularly eat mangoes and choclates , bananas and other fruits . And with all that iam still in a very good shape because I do strength training and cardios on weekends . I dont know why people misguide others , sugar is so important for our brains too . You can get serious problems if the sugar levels in the body is severely low . My mom knows about my sweet tooth and she herself brings the tasty atta biscuits from the bakery and I gorge on them . The only thing that i dont add sugar is with my black coffee because i like the taste of the bland cofee , but i have a mango with my black cofee everymorning . Sir you are right but sometime some people don't reliaze the quantity of sugar in food and eat lots of sweet like full plate of jalebi or 5-7 ladoo within hrs and spike glucose in blood. I eat sugar food between interval ie after 2-3 hrs of main course.
I actually stayed away from added sugar, desserts & refined carbs for months. I still had reasonable sugar in Milk or Tea only What I felt 1. Lifted mood , less lethargy 2. No acnes/pimples 3. No brain fog That's it. Weight loss is still dependent on your meal portion control (or calorie deficit) I WAS DOING THIS BEFORE INTERENT INFLUENCERS. NO VIDEO UPLOADED. In my 20s we were not having so much of cheap and easily available information which is actually causing more harm than good. I see kids who are just 16 to 18, making videos on fitness and claiming what not on diet plans. We follow simple balance diet which included everything and are still able to maintain a healthy lifestyle till date. Thanks to channel like yours who are working hard to spread awareness among youngsters specially.
