It's been a hit minute since I did one of your bodyweight workouts. And I was not disappointed. Non stop peripheral heart pumping action. Took us along all planes of motion. What a complete conceptual workout. Well done my friend!!!!
Thank you again for all you do. I really lked the body weight angle. It was really easy on my knees too (I modify all jumping moves and do time under tension), but this kind of thing is so friendly post knee surgery. Thankks so much.
What a killer!! I did the single leg squats twice because I know I wasn't doing them as hard as you were. My foot was touching the ground to support me before I got to my lowest point. I can go lower then I can with pistol squats though! The pulse staggered jumps were burrrrrning my quads. Just for my knees I did few reps here and there a little lighter by doing a sort-of skip motion to switch legs instead of jump switching. But I am glad to find out I can do these even though I don't do jump switch lunges. I wasn't all the great with the crab walks but it was my first time doing it so I might catch up to your speed some day lol

Once in a while, my lower back gives way. Tweaked. A no bells jumps style session like this one is just the right remedy to reset my shock absorbers.

I like the format of the workout but there were a lot of awkward movements.
I think some movement can feel awkward, because they challenge mobility and balance, which is very beneficial
@@urbaanidze oh I get it but I spent more time on the awkwardness of some of them that I wasn’t working out any body part! That’s why I modify!
