- In this 30 Min SWEAT Bodyweight HIIT Workout | Full Body HIIT | Cardio Endurance | No Repeat
We will have a total of 19 duo-sets, performing each exercise for 35 seconds with only a 10-second rest between the duo exercises and a 20-second rest after each duo. In the Cardio Workout, we will incorporate many jumping and combination movements to elevate and sustain the heart rate throughout the workout. Ensure you complete a proper warm-up and stretching routine beforehand, and always modify exercises if they become too challenging.

Great workout with more rest time after the high intensity moves. Low intensity moves also help extend rest time after the high intensity move. While Daniel never mentions calorie burn, this workout will torch calories to the max
I don’t find calorie burn of a workout that important because there are so many other factors that are way more important than that for a workout but thank you 😄🤘

The High Knee Jack's I remember in the new HomeGym HIIT video, toward the end of this exercise you say, "can you go faster... CAN YOU GO FASTER!" so I made sure to keep up with your speed this time 😂 it was a little easier to keep up because you do them earlier here 😅
Reverse Plank Toe Tap I did Alternating 3 Toe Taps per since I take longer to get my arms back down behind because I feel like I need longer arms lol.
The Leg Throughs are a huge challenge still and I'm going way slower but I don't give up.
