- In this 25 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL HIIT Workout | Complex Sets | AMRAP | Intense, we will complete a total of 9 complex sets. Each complex set comprises 3 movements to be performed consecutively for a specified duration, aiming to complete as many rounds as possible within 150 seconds. Following each complex set, there will be a 30-second rest period
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:

I came here again to like this video (already liked by me :D )... perfect for busy days. My previous comment here was something about not being able to write the comment due to hands shaking. Well... today it felt much better. My strength grew in the last 6 months! I enjoyed this session so much. Started out heavy for this and quickly adjusted. This was a real burner and an instant favourite. Looking forward to doing this one again soon. 💪😁

OMG 😱 this one finished me off after a 2 day break. I was dying softy 😂😂. Daniel everything was cooking 🔥 I keep changing KB I was hoping we had a water break 😁😁. I kept telling myself you can do this. Maybe I should have done my workout first before my 3 miles run. You don't ever disappoint Daniel love as always ❤
