Yo Coach, it's true, the guitarist, Tony Iommi (the founding member) had his two middle fingertips sliced off in a factory accident. He ended up making up his own prosthetic fingertips using thimbles, melted plastic, and bits of an old leather jacket. Has my favorite version of 'Green Manalishi'
It goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on...
Keep em coming! I love watching your reactions to all this good music! Ya got a new sub 😍
Ronnie James Dio was an awesome story teller. He was a great teacher of human behavior. And an awesome human being. One of the best singers of rock and roll and metal ever !
Shaq, I can't believe no one mentioned Slayer... You should do a reaction about Slayer, Seasons In The Abyss.
Awesome job with these reactions, keep'em coming
Slayer is over rated
I second Seasons of the Abyss!
Any of the metal suggestions in the comments are great!
My suggestions are Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here and the cover of this song by Avenged Sevenfold! Both back to back!!
Tony Iommi made fingertips out of cork and relearned the guitar. Legendary
Tony Jimmie lost his fingers on his last day of work in a factory. So he made finger extension to play guitar.
At the age of 17, Iommi lost the tips of the middle and ring fingers of his right hand in an industrial accident on his last day of work in a sheet metal factory. ... After the injury Iommi considered abandoning the guitar entirely.
I remember arguing with my brother in law about Ozzy vs DIO in Black Sabbath. Ozzy was special so was DIO. There’s no winner they are both great. Angels are immortal. If you couldn’t die why would you not smoke?
After R J D passed, Bruce gave him a shout out at a Maiden concert in France. Also learned that Dio was one of Bruce's vocal coaches
Do Stargazer from Rainbow (Dio song) .
One of the most epic songs ever.
Please react to Nightwish - Ghost Love Score live at Waken 2013
Do 'Black Sabbath'
You'll be scared to turn around.
OH, 'Sweet Leaf' too
This guy is like a breath of fresh air!! Authentic, thoughtful, open mind, and imo his reaction vids - a lot more important than we know right now. But we don't HAVE to know, because they are so enjoyable NOW! As a lifelong rock fan, how can you not love this?!?
I saw your reaction to Steel Panther & I was hooked!! Coming from a former metal musician & will always be a metal fan, I can be your man when it comes to what you need to know about this genre!!
GOD Bless Ronnie James DIo
Gotta do some Led Zeppelin Coach! Stairway to Heaven or Kashmir
Thanks for keeping the vids coming coach!!
For metal get some old Linkin Park on the channel!
And some Game and 50 Cent tracks would be dope!
"Fairies Wear Boots" -- Bill Ward runs the song from his drums ... Paranoid was the first album I bought at age 9 !!
