Is it possible to source the lower shock mount without purchasing the 8100s? I’m planning on new shocks(OME BP51) for my JL, and will need a new lower shock mount. The lower mount for bilstein looks perfect for what i need.
Wait, only a single compression bypass? Eh, should have at least two so you can have a ride zone, bump zone, and bottom zone.
That would definitely be nicer.
Its too bad they don’t have them for the JK. What would be the comparable shock for the JK?

JK 8100 external bypass almost ready...on-sale this year
Is there any difference between the regular 8100’s and the AEV 8100’s besides an AEV sticker and finish?
AEV says that their private branded Bilstein shocks have AEV specified valving.
That's true but these are external bypass versions. AEV does not offer these.
Are these superior to the AEV version offered in their XP lift kit?
AEV has their Bilstein shocks valved to work with their coils.
Can you get these for the JLU?
You sure can: www.northridge4x4.com/part/suspension-package-deals/jlfr8100pkg-bilstein-front-and-rear-b8-8100-series-bypass-shock-package
